My account is verified. I’ve made a successful withdrawal already. I tried to make my 2nd withdrawal (first was 950 euro, second is 350 euro) but for some reason all of a sudden they require a photo that displays: my name, my bank account number, the time of the transaction, the date of the transaction, the amount of the payment. My bank does not provide such a statement as banks are NOT responsible to print receipts for payments made by card, only for transfers. I explained this to them but they keep replying with the same shit message that I need to contact my bank for this information. I’ve uploaded about 6 documents proving the account and card is mine and I’ve ALREADY made a withdrawal, but now it’s no good for them, lmao. Shit casino, stay away and undermine it every chance you got. Never, ever playing on this crap again and I will keep spamming withdrawal and support tickets until they close my account.

I had requested the deactivation of my account after a while I asked to reactivate it and I sent an email to the support service in the way that they had told me in the LiveChat. The answer was that the account cannot be activated because the security department did not approve his request. I have not received any explanation as to why the account cannot be activated. Should there be a reason? But it seems very unfair to me that after having made deposits now that I decide to reactivate the account to make new deposits they refuse without saying the reasons for the activation.I have never cheated or violated any Casino rule, the decision seems unfair to me. I ask the Guru Casinos service if they can help me solve my case, it is not fair that they do not give a clear explanation of why they make that decision knowing that at no time did I do anything wrong.
