Horrible customer service. I have cashed out from this casino multiple times but each time took over a month even after having my identity verified and all documents were approved. They required a long list of verifications including taking a selfie with a local newspaper showing the date and town. Would not recommend.

A great variety of games and good software. Good response times on chat and emails. Great bonuses and on a good day it is easy to win. Network availability is good. It takes forever to get paid. No matter how many times you escalate it does no good. I switched back to Sloto’Cash casino even though I had an issue with them they do payout in a couple of weeks. I don’t understand why the long delays. A simple SQL query or daily report should be all it takes to verify the winnings and a simple check for documents. They take your cash instantly and then require weeks and even months to pay you. RIDICULOUS!
