Horrible place, the only reason I gave it more than 0.1 is because the games actually seemed pretty balanced. However the customer service is terrible, might as well be non-existent because they just send replies that are copy and pasted, and the issue will go unsolved for months. If you want to withdraw anything, good luck. I waited 7 months for a withdraw to process, I submitted all the verification documents, completed the play through requirements, and after 7 months of me emailing and getting no response they finally sent one to let me know it couldn’t be processed and gave me no reason why. Stay away from here, trust me.

Did anyone else get suddenly locked out of the casino today with a message that states that US players are no longer allowed to play? Planet 7 and all of the sister casinos have the same message when you try to load the casino.
