I’m dealing with the same issue, withdrawal requested early Sept which they approved, now claim has been sent to their payment vendor. Online chat service keep advising me wait 3-10 days BS and that they have no control over payment vendor meaning they cant escalate the issue. Other online casinos take mere days for payouts.
They always email me back the next day, and I have won huge jackpots on their newer games, and I really hope they pay me out the $20K i have withdrawn. As long as I get paid out I will be happy to do business with them again. The Hoops they make you jump through are ridiculous. I had to join a new bank because they will not wire money to Wells Fargo. They don’t allow any phone calls, everything is via email or Live-chat. This would be fine if they were able to answer all questions correctly. I have provided them with all of the extensive information multiple times, and whenever I try and Live-chat with someone they always tell me they need a document or information that I have already provided. I am expecting 7 payouts of $2500 and then 1 $1000 payout and 1 $1500 payout. I would prefer to just have 8 $2500 payouts but I am worried if I change anything, they will start the process all over again. If they cannot make wire payments to large banks like Wells Fargo, they should make you aware of this before accepting your money.
Planet 7 is by far the worst online casino I tried using a coupon code that they sent me via text it wouldn’t work so I tried live help first person said I had 2 accounts I asked how is that possible I showed him text he ended conversation without explaining anything so another person finally come on she said idk what he was talking about and transferred me to deposit person she looked into my account while she was doing that I showed her text asked her why there deposits were so high she come back on and said I’m kicked off there casino for good and hung up talk about some very unsportsmanlike acts well there online casino is very shady and wouldn’t suggest playing on there also I tried emailing them to ask them why guess what can’t find email now it’s blocked also
well im not amazed by this side,i had a bad moment talking to support because they wouldn answer me,i just wanted to redeem the bonus,when i finally got it i managed to wager it and at one point i lost the money and when i tried to talk to support only thing they could tell me i reached max bet for wager and it got cancelled.and yeah now i see all these reviews and i can understand alot

Not bad. have not play long enough to really determine good or bad. but so far not bad.
I made a withdrawal on April 2, 2020 for $700. I inquired about it many times and finally they said they apologized and expedited it. I got to check my account today April 23, 2020 and they credited me $50 and claimed it was declined because of a bonus. Which is a lie I only played with my deposit no promo codes. I have all the emails and chat transcripts to prove it. They are nothing but a scam.
These no deposit bonuses are very elusive i have had nothing but the run around poor experience to say the least
This is one of the best casinos that I have ever played on. The RTP is obviously higher than other casinos. The pay out rate back to my ewallet eventually arrives. Customer support is second to no one, excellent…I have never had a losing day at this casino! Most definitely recommend, loooooose slots do come with a delay payment issue…. what can you do? The pay out can be a little slow but it will arrive. If your not rushed then play. Maybe 7-10 days to receive an ewallet payment but they don’t hide their policy. Sometimes, when spinning, it lags on the iphone but the game completes, also, you may wait a few hours for a response to an email.
Not impressed with this casino…i relly dont like the format…the variety of the slots is too low…no good provders here…some good no deposit bonus but no way you can withdrawl the funds here…not playing here any more.
