scam site, does not pay out winnings

They are by far the most unfriendly and unprofessional cssino I have played at. They make up the rules as they go and they lie. I spent 8 hours on live chat trying to resolve one issue after and they found it amusing to disconnect our chats forcing me to que back up. Do not play at planet 7oz!!!

I agree that their winnings have really gone down, I used to play it a lot and would get some good winnings. it seems now they have much higher deposits for bonuses and don’t even give you a little encouragement to keep you going.

Planet7 casino does not pay. I have been trying to get my withdrawal for about 6 weeks now and have not received funds. Go to online help desk and they say send questions to generic payment email. I advise to stay away from planet7 casino. All I get is the run around. Wasted quite a bit of money at planet7. Lesson learned.

Nice casino. Play and win often. Quick to take money out of your account for deposits. I’ve one quite a few times. Close to 5 times and have received my money through bitcoin pretty quickly. But now I can not use bitcoin so it is going to take even longer now. When you do win it takes forever for you to receive your winnings. I have had a withdrawal of $2,500 that I requested with bitcoin on October 24, 2018. It was approved but I wasn’t allowed to withdrawal using bitcoin for whatever reason. I was contacted about changing my withdrawal. So it just sat in my account for almost two weeks before I came to the chat asking what was going on. So now my two options were, receive a check OR get a wire transfer which I really didn’t want to do either so I agreed to a wire transfer but they couldn’t transfer money to the bank I belonged with so I was forced to open up a new bank account in a bank they can wire money to or request a check but wasn’t looking to walk into my bank with a big check like that from an unknown issuer. So I choose to open up a bank account on November 8th, I then sent over my account information to their financial department via email and within 40 minutes I received an email back saying that they updated my withdrawals information and sent the money to their third party processors. Thinking I would receive the money within a day or two. Well it is now November 13 and I still haven’t received my money and everytime I go back to the live chat I keep getting the whole “we sent the money there isn’t anything more we can do from our end. You will just have to wait” Everytime is always a time frame. Never a definite answer. Always a run around!

My opinion those JP are not real. Slots are software and software can be rigged. So they just pump in the deposits advertising high JP and then release Jackpot back to themselves. And me playing there for years I haven’t seen any Jackpots either but if I pull up my CC report for all the years I would win a huge Jackpot myself if I never clicked on their site

Great customer agents on live chat and very clear on instructions and help but that is where it ends Super slow to payout even with submitting all verifying documents…gives you a run around all the time
