PLANET 7 TERMS OF WITHDRAW ARE ALOT OF BS……….ALL I GET IS THE RUN AROUND WITH
EXCUSES. MY WITHDRAW WAS APPROVED 10/2. OVER A MONTH AND A HALF AND ITS STILL BEING PROCESSED. THEY TAKE UR MONEY QUICKLY AND SUCKER YOU IN WITH BONUSES AND FREE SPINS. LOL AFTER YOU REQUEST A WITHDRAW YOU GET NOTHING! MUCH LESS A GOOD ANSWER ON WHY IT TAKES SOOOOO LONG. I TRUELY BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!! THEY SAY THE SAME CRAP OVER AND OVER. HOW CAN THIS STILL BE GOING ON?

They have great bonuses, but whenever I reach the playthrough requirement things go awry. I like the games. The customer service is adequate, but I’ve yet to see any return from my deposits. I doubt if I’ll keep playing there after reading some reviews on LCB.

Right so i put money in get my bonus play for a week. I go up and down like you do was up to 9k and slowly lost it. I use my bonus point to get $$$ before making my next depoist. Which i got like 70 odd dollars. From that $70 I over the weekend have turn it into 14,000 now I find out when i go to cash out max i’ll get is 100$ ever. I’m lost for words to what to say about how I feel.

Compared to other casinos I have frequented, Planet 7 has generous bonuses and Free Spins. Wins are frequent. Game selection is decent on mobile, even better on PC. Live chat service is prompt and friendly, although not entirely informative on most issues. Payouts are long….much longer than stated on website. You will see the term “escalated” for several weeks before actually getting to the processors for payouts. Worst issue I have is once an undetermined amount of winnings have been withdrawn, treatment of player(s) are for the worse in the form of revoked bonuses and free spins. If this detrimental treatment had not have occurred, I would happily be patient for the long payouts and continue to deposit and play. This soured the review, which would otherwise be 6-7 stars.

They banned me…and I have absolutely no idea why. Never even tried to withdraw.

games are very good but collecting winnings you get the run a round. Been trying to collect over $5,000 since June 22,, 1917. Different answers every time I enquire. very upset and will move to another casino if money is not collected very soon

I’ve been a patron at Planet 7 for about a year now, and can safely say that after testing out numerous online casinos, they have some of the best match bonuses available. Their slots & table games also feel fair in the sense that they do pay out instead of slowly sucking your bankroll dry as others tend to do. P7 also has quite the large variety of games, consistent with other RTG casinos. After my first withdrawal was processed (there was a long wait time for the first one that I’ve listed as a negative), all subsequent withdrawal requests were approved within a month of the request date. A month or two might seem like a long time to get your money, but the important part is that they DO pay out (assuming that you actually READ and FOLLOW the rules for any deposit bonuses you take!) They have a VIP program which is nice for the additional deposit bonuses, free spins, and better comp rates. From what I can gather the requirement for ‘VIP status’ isn’t set extremely high either. On that note, VIP manager Ovi Alexander has been outstanding in regards to answering questions I’ve had and escalating payments in a timely fashion.

Great selection of games and bonuses and enjoy their game but………….. Can’t get paid. Been waiting since April, they sent check which was blacklisted by US banks, so sent wire info that they requested and been waiting since June. When I ask the online chat daily about the status, they give me a different answer everyday from you got paid already to they are still working on wire transfer. Sometimes they answer emails and most of the time they don’t . At a $1800 loss here and don’t know what my other options are. Won’t be playing here again as this has been such a disaster. So, warning to other players, don’t play because you won’t get any winnings…..

This is my favorite RTG casino. I have never tried to cash out, so I don’t know if they are good on that, but they have a nice selection of games and are pretty generous with winning.
