I don’t have anything good to say i have had nothing but bad experiences with them.  I claimed a bonus did as required when i went to  claim what was owed i was denied. I showed what i was expecting which was a bonus from their casino i was still denied. I will never play with them agai.

The support is rude, I won a good amount of money, they won’t wire transfer to any credit union. They wouldn’t help me with my crypto wallet. They told me to be patient and still has yielded no dollars in my account. You ask for a paper check from them, they said 6-8 months before you’ll get it. Not only that but while you’re waiting on withdrawal request they will not allow you to take advantage of a single bonus or comp point. Not too fair if you ask me.

I deposited $50 , and then won $50 . It clearly says minimum withdrawal for Bitcoin is $50. I did all the paperwork sent photocopies of my ID my utility bills through 16 different kinds of verification. I messaged the account through in app messaging. Took me 3 hours to get through, and when I finally asked them about my withdrawal they just disconnect me from the messaging system I sent them emails I sent more requests through in app messaging every time I talk to the cashier they immediately want to know how much I would like to deposit. As soon as I tell them that I won and I’m trying to make it withdrawal they disconnect me. So I check on Reddit to see if anybody else has been having this problem.
