I deposited $50 , and then won $50 . It clearly says minimum withdrawal for Bitcoin is $50. I did all the paperwork sent photocopies of my ID my utility bills through 16 different kinds of verification. I messaged the account through in app messaging. Took me 3 hours to get through, and when I finally asked them about my withdrawal they just disconnect me from the messaging system I sent them emails I sent more requests through in app messaging every time I talk to the cashier they immediately want to know how much I would like to deposit. As soon as I tell them that I won and I’m trying to make it withdrawal they disconnect me. So I check on Reddit to see if anybody else has been having this problem. And every single person who commented on planet 7 casino, literally has had the same problem and nobody that I have ever seen heard or found on Reddit or any other review websites has ever been paid out by this casino. WARNING THIS CASINO IS A SCAM!!!! It’s been 3 weeks since I put ended withdrawal request it says 7 to 10 days. I still have not received my money. The best part is I’m just trying to withdraw the same amount of money that I deposited into the casino, and I can’t even get that. Imagine if you won $200 $500 $1,000 over what you deposited. LOL you’ll never get your money. This casino is a complete waste of time and will steal your money at its earliest convenience. You have been warned.

I won plain and simple and in return they hit me from behind. They haven’t acknowledged my correspondence in weeks. They shouldn’t be allowed to design, operate or call themselves anything other than crooks.

The payout time for your winnings is rediculous. I have waited over a week so far and they have not payed me my winnings. The games were bit laggy. The documentation process was tedious and riddled with bugs, adding to the frustration of trying to cash out your winnings. Chat cant help me. They have done everything they can to prevent you from taking your winnings away from the website. I will keep this site updated to see if they ever actually payout my $1600.00 in winnings.

This is not a new casino they have been around over 10 years because appt 10 years ago I won 25000 and it took several months and several 100 chats and emails and calls and finally messaging chipy.com to finally get any sort of payment back then chipy was know as thebigfreechiplist.com but idk what I would’ve done without them I told them what had been going on sent my screenshots and within a few weeks they made it happen this casino got better and more reputatable after that but just becautious 

Typical RTG casino – in a good way. Plenty of bonuses and low minimum deposit but all crypto currency options available for me now and I’m not wanting to deposit that method. 

Declined promotion payout, did not even inform me on transaction list it show approved by manager. Made me deposit 10 dollars to qualify for withdrawal en refunded me my 10 dollars but lost my transaction costs for nothing

First off I will say, I do find I win more at  Planet 7 than most other online casinos (just an observation over past year)the only reason I avoid playing here is their payout times, for me it’s been everything from waiting weeks for payout (that was 2 years ago) to getting it in less than 30 minutes (last year when they first started using CoinPay, which I see they don’t currently use.yesterday I won $1,000 (no bonus used)  and got a email saying it could take 7 business days to just get approved, so I’m curious to see how long payouts are taking now. Otherwise, I have no complaints about customer service or gameplay or any other issue, but for me, a quick payout or not is a dealbreaker. ​​​​​​​So I’ll update review when I do get paid.
