I’ve been a patron at Planet 7 for about a year now, and can safely say that after testing out numerous online casinos, they have some of the best match bonuses available. Their slots & table games also feel fair in the sense that they do pay out instead of slowly sucking your bankroll dry as others tend to do. P7 also has quite the large variety of games, consistent with other RTG casinos. After my first withdrawal was processed (there was a long wait time for the first one that I’ve listed as a negative), all subsequent withdrawal requests were approved within a month of the request date. A month or two might seem like a long time to get your money, but the important part is that they DO pay out (assuming that you actually READ and FOLLOW the rules for any deposit bonuses you take!) They have a VIP program which is nice for the additional deposit bonuses, free spins, and better comp rates. From what I can gather the requirement for ‘VIP status’ isn’t set extremely high either. On that note, VIP manager Ovi Alexander has been outstanding in regards to answering questions I’ve had and escalating payments in a timely fashion.

So with understanding the challenges on their end, I decided to be patient and considerate and in the end…I received what was due to me.So I give Planet 7 a Fat 10 for being here in the first place, providing entertainment, fun and a possible avenue to win some $$$$

Great selection of games and bonuses and enjoy their game but………….. Can’t get paid. Been waiting since April, they sent check which was blacklisted by US banks, so sent wire info that they requested and been waiting since June. When I ask the online chat daily about the status, they give me a different answer everyday from you got paid already to they are still working on wire transfer. Sometimes they answer emails and most of the time they don’t . At a $1800 loss here and don’t know what my other options are. Won’t be playing here again as this has been such a disaster. So, warning to other players, don’t play because you won’t get any winnings…..

This is my favorite RTG casino. I have never tried to cash out, so I don’t know if they are good on that, but they have a nice selection of games and are pretty generous with winning.

Planet 7 is most frequently used/played casino by me out of all of them. I am only level 1 VIP. Perks-c/b, loyalty chip, 14 free spins w/deposit for 14 days. Customer service could be better….get answering machine a whole lot….something is wrong w/chat window…don’t know what…..when used it goes a lot faster than phone…..payout-recd. one bad check which was rectified w/LCB help/addressing it also along w/slow payout……at least a month’s wait……

This casino would be a 10 if not for the trouble with payouts!! Good layout and interface. LOTS of good bonuses that come almost daily in your email. Really good games. You really CAN win here! Excellent customer service in chat with very little waiting. Ive played for 4 months and have recently been able to put in for withdraw everything that Ive invested. I’ve been in complete frustration over trying to get my documents in order. Have sent multiple times then get weird messages saying this or that is not right. You MUST have a utility bill! At first I was told on chat a doctor bill would be ok as I did not have a utility bill. Later I was told that a utility bill is a MUST and if I dont pay utility in my name then a signed statement should be included with the utility bill. I read that I was to SCAN my ID and Bank cards , front and back. So I did that. I kept getting messages that they were not legible tho I own a nice scanner and you could read every detail. Finally in chat I was told to try taking pictures with a cell phone. Weird! SO I sent those on and praying my documents will FINALLY be in order, 6 weeks later! In the meantime my withdrawals come up for review and keep getting put back in my account. So now we’re at 8 days for one of the pending withdrawals so we’ll see how it goes! Update:I wanted to give a HEADS UP here for those who are thinking of depositing and reading reviews. Something I had trouble with understanding at first . There is such a thing as MIXING FUNDS. You have to be VERY careful not to do it or you’ll get frustrated and disappointed when it comes time to withdraw. You cant receive new bonus or chips etc. unless your balance is under $5. Click under Active bonus to see if you’ve met your playthrough. Keep an eye on them and make your withdraw when you’ve met them and THEN make another deposit. I didnt understand this is how it works at first and played through LOTS of money when I could’ve used bonuses. Also use no deposit bonuses or free chips inbetween your deposits. Ask about them on chat. They are very helpful for that!

I enjoyed my stay at planet 7 the slots are fun to play, the pay out is fair and the overall feel of the site is balanced with not too many bells and whistles and not too little to make you think it was put together in an hours time! Overall a good casino to play in my opinion…

The games are fun and they make it very easy to deposit your money. The free spins suck you in but the withdrawals are impossible. This is the second time around that I have won and had to fight to get my money. I was hopeful the first time around was an anomaly, but it appears to be the norm. They are happy to take your money, but make getting your money out nearly impossible. Horrible experience dealing with them unless you file a complaint.

If I had listened to any of the negative reviews…I would not have won, not one, but two jackpots!!!
