Planet 7’s customer service is unbeatable. I can always expect a response from them 24/7 using email or their chat feature. Withdrawal requests are approved in a relatively short amount of time as long as the required personal documentation is provided. Withdrawals were a bit slow to arrive but I expected this from other reviews here. I would expect 60-90 days for a check to arrive. I received all that I had won however. I can honestly recommend this casino. Just be prepared to wait on their long processing time for withdrawals. Not to worry. You will get paid.

I won $1,000 and they denied withdrawal, increased to $1,500, again withdrawal denied. Now at $2,500 I am awaiting on response. Request dated 10/4/16; called all phone numbers with only music response. Chat does not respond! I hope they respond by 10/25/16; if not I will report to attorney general for investigation. I will post updates. No more deposits until I know that I can get paid also!

I like the speed of the slots and the winning is good. Payouts are a struggle to get. First payout took 6 weeks after contacting them continually. My second payout for 1500 as opposed to the first of 200 I’ve yet to see. And now I can’t get an answer when I call, chat conveniently ends before I get answered and this is after waiting on hold for a live chat support person for around 30 min. They say 24/7 but the last chat said most employees had gone home for the day since it was late in Purue? My advice- do t expect any large payout.

I have been waiting for my payout since August. I keep getting the runaround. They give me phone numbers where no one answers. They gave me a bogus email. I leave messages, but no one calls me back. I have been obsessed with Planet 7 for a couple months now and have deposited well around $1000 without depositing because I just never hit very big and just kind fo liked playing the games on my phone. Well I got a hit for like $700-800 (it’s been so long I can’t remember) and decided to make back some of my play money and do a withdrawal. I submitted the necessary paperwork and it was approved within 3 days like they said… HOWEVER.. It has now been almost 2 months with nothing (which they said upon approval they would send to the processor which should only be another 3-7 days before they send it out) and still have recieved NOTHING. I contacted them and they said the case was ‘escalated’ to the higher ups for god knows what reason and magically now whenever I contact chat support no one responds to me. Sooooo needless to say, I’m not giving them anymore damn money until I see my withdrawal! So PLAYERS BEWARE. The only 2 things I enjoy from this lousy casino is their daily free spins and Enchanted Garden 2 slots. LiveChat is a completely and utterly shocking joke! They’re constantly always disconnecting me from chat. Response is way too too slow. Payouts is super slow, even with a wire transfer!
