Hello I wanted to write a quick review about my experience with Planet 7 Casino. I am new to the online casino experience. I have played here numerous times. On 8/7/2016 I won 1200 dollars on my 7 daily free spins for depositing members. I requested the payout right away. My payout was approved on 8/13/2016 and I was contacted by phone to verify all the information on my account was correct. I received my check by Fed Ex on 8/29/2016. There were no fees for the cash out and they did not even charge me for the Fed Ex. This has been my favorite casino. The only bad part is they eliminated my free spins I can’t have them anymore and I don’t have access to bonus offers any more. I can’t use any no rules bonus’s as they changed the type of player that I am after 1 win. I don’t play here anymore because of that.

Like most people, I enjoy the quality of the slots and graphics. My most recent love is Pirate Isle. I can easily get over $1500 ahead – but just as easily loose it. Like everyone else, the payout speed has been horrible. They claim it takes 2 days to process your request which means the money sits there for 3 days – an easy target to go back and gamble with. I went through my $1500 winnings this wa (bad me 😉 – then there is 7 days before they send the check – well supposed to be. It’s been 12 and they still have not sent mine. 3) It is a bit sketchy when they tell you not to tell the bank that the money is from an online casino. Once they have your winnings, you can reach out and chat with support, sure -but they say the same thing there’s nothing they can do – I reached out to ally who is supposed to be taking care of these delays, but just got a form email saying there are delays. Then they don’t offer any incentives for the inconvenience either. Something should be given. I’d be happy with free slot play.

Great games and support is just wonderful ! I don’t know why everybody has problems with this casino I think its a all around fair and fun. Yea payment is a little slow, but I’ve been getting my winnings, that’s what counts right!!

I’m shocked by all of the negative reviews that this casino is getting. I’ve been playing online casinos for many years and have played at some of the best and some of the worst. Planet 7 is by far one of my favorite casinos to play at. I have made 4 withdrawals over the past 6 months with no problems. The only issue is that there is a delay and it could take between 20-30 BUSINESS days to actually receive the check, but they DO pay. If you are in dying need of money and you don’t have patience to wait for the long payout process, then you probably shouldn’t be involved in online gaming. Also, when you are going through the verification process, double check that you are submitting the correct documentation to avoid any further delay. Good luck all.

They r a pretty good site …. get bad press a little becuz they r viewed as slow pay. but they do pay!!! i generally like rtg sites…. they hv nice big jackpots and generous deposit percentages…. offer lots of free chips…just have to hv deposits in between

well when i first started with online gambling, this was the first casino i signed up with. i was skeptical at first thinking it’s all riged and that they don’t pay out. well i gotta admit, i’ve been only paid out once and it’s from this casino.won a little over 1000 cashed out. i thought that it was denied.so i forgot all about it. 3 months later i see a check in the mail wondering who is sending me money. turns out it was from the withdrawl. so i did get my money from them. it just takes 3 months.hahaha. well i am expecting another checkfor 350 and this i know for can’t be denied since i didn’t use and bonus. it’s been about almost 3 months now. let’s see

My experience with this Casino has really been a shacky one, Firstly the free bonus offers have a ridiculious wagering play on it which I highly doubt you can ever meet. I also had trouble with the customer support who were not helpful at all they were wasting my time plus the promotions on this casino was not really great at alll

I enjoyed playing here until I requested a withdrawal. I have 2 small withdrawals approved, but I have not seen any payout. The oldest one is from 4/23/16. I have tried to contact them with email and get no response. I have called and get transferred to different departments and no one can help me. I am disappointed with the lack of payout and response.
