​Still haven’t gotten my money. Get the run around when I chat or call the numbers that they give me. It’s been over 2 months. Don’t give them your money. Go elsewhere to play. Don’t let the huge jackpots tempt you. They don’t pay out as promised. I have been waiting on my payout of $2400 from Planet7 for 3 months. I chat (that’s a joke), and they just give me phone numbers that no one answers, or an email address that is bogus. Around and around and around, with no payout. They advertise these huge jackpots that are bigger than anyone else’s because they don’t pay the monies that are promised when you win. Don’t play there. It’s a scam.

I have been waiting for my payout since August. I keep getting the runaround. They give me phone numbers where no one answers. They gave me a bogus email. I leave messages, but no one calls me back. Chat will respond, but they tell me to call the same number. I finally got a real email, but no one has responded. I would not recommend this casino to anyone. The jack pots are huge, and I imagine it is because they don’t pay what you are promised. I believe it is a scam and I’m pissed.

I have been obsessed with Planet 7 for a couple months now and have deposited well around $1000 without depositing because I just never hit very big and just kind fo liked playing the games on my phone. Well I got a hit for like $700-800 (it’s been so long I can’t remember) and decided to make back some of my play money and do a withdrawal. I submitted the necessary paperwork and it was approved within 3 days like they said… HOWEVER.. It has now been almost 2 months with nothing (which they said upon approval they would send to the processor which should only be another 3-7 days before they send it out) and still have recieved NOTHING. I contacted them and they said the case was ‘escalated’ to the higher ups for god knows what reason and magically now whenever I contact chat support no one responds to me. Sooooo needless to say, I’m not giving them anymore damn money until I see my withdrawal! So PLAYERS BEWARE. I’ve read alot of good reviews about Planet 7 so it seemed like a good idea and now i’ve started reading alot of reviews with scenarios just like mine. Super awesome! I’ll give my money elsewhere!

The only 2 things I enjoy from this lousy casino is their daily free spins and Enchanted Garden 2 slots. LiveChat is a completely and utterly shocking joke! They’re constantly always disconnecting me from chat. Response is way too too slow. Payouts is super slow, even with a wire transfer! Still waiting for a wire transfer of $2,500 and have yet to get any firm response from LiveChat, regarding the current status of my payment. Hello I wanted to write a quick review about my experience with Planet 7 Casino. I am new to the online casino experience. I have played here numerous times. On 8/7/2016 I won 1200 dollars on my 7 daily free spins for depositing members. I requested the payout right away. My payout was approved on 8/13/2016 and I was contacted by phone to verify all the information on my account was correct. I received my check by Fed Ex on 8/29/2016. There were no fees for the cash out and they did not even charge me for the Fed Ex. This has been my favorite casino. The only bad part is they eliminated my free spins I can’t have them anymore and I don’t have access to bonus offers any more. I can’t use any no rules bonus’s as they changed the type of player that I am after 1 win. I don’t play here anymore because of that.

Like most people, I enjoy the quality of the slots and graphics. My most recent love is Pirate Isle. I can easily get over $1500 ahead – but just as easily loose it. Like everyone else, the payout speed has been horrible. They claim it takes 2 days to process your request which means the money sits there for 3 days – an easy target to go back and gamble with. I went through my $1500 winnings this wa (bad me 😉 – then there is 7 days before they send the check – well supposed to be. It’s been 12 and they still have not sent mine. 3) It is a bit sketchy when they tell you not to tell the bank that the money is from an online casino. Once they have your winnings, you can reach out and chat with support, sure -but they say the same thing there’s nothing they can do – I reached out to ally who is supposed to be taking care of these delays, but just got a form email saying there are delays. Then they don’t offer any incentives for the inconvenience either. Something should be given. I’d be happy with free slot play.

Great games and support is just wonderful ! I don’t know why everybody has problems with this casino I think its a all around fair and fun. Yea payment is a little slow, but I’ve been getting my winnings, that’s what counts right!!

I’m shocked by all of the negative reviews that this casino is getting. I’ve been playing online casinos for many years and have played at some of the best and some of the worst. Planet 7 is by far one of my favorite casinos to play at. I have made 4 withdrawals over the past 6 months with no problems. The only issue is that there is a delay and it could take between 20-30 BUSINESS days to actually receive the check, but they DO pay. If you are in dying need of money and you don’t have patience to wait for the long payout process, then you probably shouldn’t be involved in online gaming. Also, when you are going through the verification process, double check that you are submitting the correct documentation to avoid any further delay. Good luck all.
