The payout time for your winnings is rediculous. I have waited over a week so far and they have not payed me my winnings. The games were bit laggy. Typical RTG casino – in a good way. Plenty of bonuses and low minimum deposit but all crypto currency options available for me now and I’m not wanting to deposit that method. 

Declined promotion payout, did not even inform me on transaction list it show approved by manager. Made me deposit 10 dollars to qualify for withdrawal en refunded me my 10 dollars but lost my transaction costs for nothing

First off I will say, I do find I win more at  Planet 7 than most other online casinos (just an observation over past year)the only reason I avoid playing here is their payout times, for me it’s been everything from waiting weeks for payout (that was 2 years ago) to getting it in less than 30 minutes (last year when they first started using CoinPay, which I see they don’t currently use.yesterday I won $1,000 (no bonus used)  and got a email saying it could take 7 business days to just get approved, so I’m curious to see how long payouts are taking now. Otherwise, I have no complaints about customer service or gameplay or any other issue, but for me, a quick payout or not is a dealbreaker. ​​​​​​​So I’ll update review when I do get paid.
