I won money on planet 7 and they told me they needed documents to withdrawal. I sent what they needed, now they won’t even reply to any of my messages. I’m so frustrated because I’m beginning to think it is a scam! It’s been over a month and all I get is an automated message stating they received my email and will reply within 7 days. When I try to connect to live chat, it does nothing. When I try to call, it’s always busy! And when I email, the above happens….. nothing

This company will delete your account if you win over a certain amount, I have many screenshots of winnings and confirmations with their support staff. I am currently being ghosted.

Definiatley would never put a penny into this casino after seeing what happened to my buddy. He never got paid for his real money winnings. Ruby slots this one and a variety of others are all exactly the same and took me about a month to withdraw after I won and they were not easy to get your kyc process done and over with. They’ll make you will wait a full week before they tell you that it didn’t go through and then they’ll make you wait a week again and come up with some other lame excuse. Worst group of casinos ever.

As I read some of people’s comments for this site, it is obvious that I am not the only one who has had horrible experiences here. I do not currently play here anymore and I don’t encourage anyone to continue playing here. They have a lot of problems that need to be taken care of. I first noticed the problem when I was waiting for a payment and never got it, at least, not until after a good month had gone by. That is completely unheard of and I thought maybe it had been some kind of fluke. So, I kept playing at the site in hopes that it would not happen again. However, to my disappointment, it did. I tried contacting customer support and constantly received little or no help from them. It was as if they had no time for me. I attempted numerous times to get in contact with them and was met with little in return. The one time I was able to get a hold of someone, they left me waiting, telling me they would get back to me and never. What they do here is totally unacceptable.

This is my favorite RTG casino. I have never tried to cash out, so I don’t know if they are good on that, but they have a nice selection of games and are pretty generous with winning.

They have great bonuses, but whenever I reach the playthrough requirement things go awry. I like the games. The customer service is adequate, but I’ve yet to see any return from my deposits. I doubt if I’ll keep playing there after reading some reviews on LCB.
