I won money on planet 7 and they told me they needed documents to withdrawal. I sent what they needed, now they won’t even reply to any of my messages. I’m so frustrated because I’m beginning to think it is a scam! It’s been over a month and all I get is an automated message stating they received my email and will reply within 7 days. When I try to connect to live chat, it does nothing. When I try to call, it’s always busy! And when I email, the above happens….. nothing

Definiatley would never put a penny into this casino after seeing what happened to my buddy. He never got paid for his real money winnings. Ruby slots this one and a variety of others are all exactly the same and took me about a month to withdraw after I won and they were not easy to get your kyc process done and over with. They’ll make you will wait a full week before they tell you that it didn’t go through and then they’ll make you wait a week again and come up with some other lame excuse. As I read some of people’s comments for this site, it is obvious that I am not the only one who has had horrible experiences here. I do not currently play here anymore and I don’t encourage anyone to continue playing here. They have a lot of problems that need to be taken care of. I first noticed the problem when I was waiting for a payment and never got it, at least, not until after a good month had gone by. The one time I was able to get a hold of someone, they left me waiting, telling me they would get back to me and never. What they do here is totally unacceptable.
