After I won a had burst several deposit with this casino I took a break and came back to play again with them I ask casino CSR to look into my account to see if the account had been verified with my winning around $450 they claimed I had dupplicated account and never paid me my winning yet still keep on sending me promotional emails… Lame casino don’t waste your tiime and money at casinos that do this. good luck getting pay for the reviews are reals, steer clear fomr this caisno and it’s ssisters site. my lesson cost me several deposit and I hope that people will not need to waste time with this casino. this casino will find reasons to not pay out.

If I could give Planet7Casino 0 stars I would. When visiting casino affiliate websites, I can not for the life of me figure out how this casino is at the top of some of their list with it being “best in bonus”, “good rating”, etc. I get the whole “affiliate” thing, but Planet7Casino could not pay me enough to put them at the top of anything with my name or affiliation attached to it. The no deposit bonus code is a joke. It doesn’t matter which one you use. Use it as a warm-up for the real money casinos because you will NEVER see your winnings from the no deposit bonuses. Excuse after excuse, email with documents after email were sent, and after 3 months I’m told my “utility bill” was out of the 3 month range. Well, yes…as a matter of fact it is because you waited for 3 months before I contacted the casino to find my account closed. Live chat said my document was expired and gave me excuse after excuse…10 days, 14 days, etc. NEVER saw any money after following the T&Cs of the bonus AND casino. There is NOTHING positive unless you consider your deposit showing up immediately in your player account as a “positive” thing

I’m from united states and planet 7 knows that and I have been approved. Being approved really doesn’t meananything because it’s been 10 days and they keep telling me I will get my money soon. Also it states that u can play if your from united states, that’s where most of there customers are from.

I have cashed out on this casino site a few times for a decent amount and was eventually paid. The payout time was several weeks and 1 payout took over a month after having to contact customer support many times which is not any fun at all. So I was a weekly depositor for a while. I still play on the site but not nearly as often. I was verified last November and right now trying to get verified, address verified which hasn’t changed. My utilities are included and in my husbands name so they accept insurance documents. I forwarded that information with my name and physical address it was denied so I suppose I will have to take the time at this point to contact the casino by phone. Just not sure it is even worth the time at this point, the need to be verified every 6 months seems a bit bothersome especially when your information is still the same and gets denied either way.

I loved the bonus options and how I was treated during chats if I had a question even made it to VIP 1 status yet once I made a withdrawal from one of their sister sites my VIP 1 was removed and bonus options are terrible 😔I dislike the fact that they are thieves, vanished my VIP status and in Mar I used a coupon code that was supposed to give me a free chip here in Apr but when it was time to get it I was told I was no longer eligible for it but they could give me a $15 loyalty bonus which is not even close I’m certain to what they are supposed to have given me.

Planet 7 I have won on a few times its not a bad casino at all go ahead and put some money down. Make sure you dont have back to back no deposits if you win you will not get the money you won! Make deposits inbetween and win win win.
