So I’ve played at planet 7 casino with a non deposit bonus, luckily after following the terms and condition of the casino and finished the play through I won. The maximum I can withdraw is $100. So right away, I’ve sent all the necessary documents on the January the 31st. Right away I have the system replying I will be notify within the next 2 business days. 7 days have passed without any notification or anything so I contacted the customer support through the live chat, and they told me I was missing some documents. Well so I resend all my documents which the same one that I already did the first time. This was on Feb 7, Again the system told me I will be notify within 2 business day. Once more I did not hear back for 5 business day I contacted customer live support then they told me my doc still incomplete. So I escalate the issue to the documents department and finally they approve it in 7 days. My withdrawal also finally approved on the feb 21 so I’m just sitting here to wait for my fund to be delivered. Oh and by the way I requested bitcoin withdrawal. Yesterday I signed in to check on the status and suddenly they told me I requested a check withdraw. I contacted the live support and asked them to fix the issue and I also provide them with my crypto address for the 4th time I provided them with it. They told me just be patient and they assured me the payout is coming. And today feb the 27th I tried to log in this morning all the sudden they locked me out of my account saying I have duplicate account with them, This is the one and only account I had with them. I have waited 33 days so far for a withdrawal of $2K. I have sent every bit of documents, even my bank statements (sketchy request). I do not understand how this site has a 7.2 rating with you guys. I started playing at Planet 7 around Christmas and won $2500. They took so long to pay that it was all payed back, fine. I recently played the ESCAPE POD promo and looked on the site, it offers a free chip according to number of times redeemed. Right before the promo cut off, the free chip was at $500. The day came and went when it was supposed to be credited to my account. I never got it. I used the chat option and was told that because they gave me a cash back promo i no longer qualified for the free chip. After calling they said chat was wrong and only offered me a $300 chip. Fast forward to last week, I used the promo again and was up $700. I requested a payout. I went to check status and they took my winnings and gave me a $100 credit. When I asked why I was told it was because I played Tri card poker, but it was after the terms of the promo were paid back. No email, no notification at all they just took my winnings. Right now on the escape pod site it shows the free chip is at $500 and I know they will come up with a reason to not apply. This casino is horrible. Do not play here, its better to just throw your money in the trash!!!

Planet 7 overall fairness is good like most online casinos. They’re withdrawal credibility is better than most online casinos but it does take a while to get your money. I love they’re variety of games especially how Planet 7 let you claim bonuses pretty often. Support does respond fairly quick but I believe that some support team members doesn’t know much English but they manage.
