I just want to say I almost didn’t play with this casino because of its bad rating but it has been an amazing casino to play at and I have not had any issue with payouts.

I deposit approximately ¥300000 and win over ¥400000. However they delay paymant for a week.
And I haven’t receive it yet. I send message to support team.But they didn’t reply me.

Nothing special about the promotions and it is the same as the other casino. My biggest gripe is in the withdrawal process and how awful the customer support is. I have been uploading multiple documents and every time they get rejected based on some reason, (i.e., no pdfs allowed, only jpegs). Apparently, you need proof of deposit to make a withdrawal including bank statements with name etc., Intentionally delaying withdrawal. Been waiting for hours to cash out and no response. Customer service is useless.

Not much, this casino used to be great until about a year ago, they must of decided they weren’t making enough cause now I never win, just deposit thousands over and over. I love this casino. As a avid and very regular user of online casinos I find that they pay out way more than real life casinos. My go to is now Playamo.
