I used my wifes card to deposit money (account is in both names) they were happy to take the money no problems. Won $600 and tried to collect. They cancelled my winnings as the card was not in my name even though I have proof that the account is in BOTH our names. Waste of time playing.

This casino is scam. I went through verification process for 3 days becouse of my intend to withdraw money. When I finally get verified and asked them for money they suspended my account and confiscated the balances. Never ever play this scam casino they took your money with no reason

I have been playing Playamo Casino for a few years now , until recently as there support staff take too long to answer back. and if you have a problem they dont like to fix things up eg, I had deposited on a friday and using the reload friday bonus code , so when I went to ask for my free spins on the saturday night , I was told I didnt claim the bonus which I did, I continued talking to support and then Bob tells me I didnt use the correct bonus code, then I asked for aleast some free spins and Bob says no he cant add any spins , as he is sticking to the rules. what a joke the rules support make up themselves whenever they feel like it . DO NOT USE THIS CASINO THEY LIE TO YOU, CHANGE THE RULES TO SUIT THEMSELVES WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT.
