Worst customer service, multiple customer service advisor’s have either given me completely wrong information (several today alone) about my account or bonuses I’m waiting for that just never show up. Today I waited 24 hours then another 4 hours for my deposit bonus which an employee assured me would arrive at that time. Around 4 hours later I enquired again only to be told 1 more hour. (All of these people had access to my account information??)
