Very Poor Support..I wanted to make a withdrawal ( from the LCB Free chip) The Verifiaction of documents is a joke,it took more than 1 week.The Support says they don’t accept documents on PDF and IMG Format,Then the Support wanted also a Photo from me where i hold my passport.
