Stay away from this casino at all costs, my experience with the customer support lack there of is horrendous, they claim to have live chat but its just a bot, they haven’t responded to any messages after 48 plus hours, and haven’t sent any emails regarding my documents which at any other casino get verified in minutes, its going on three days and silence, the 5 stars they have all makes sense now. Everything, i will never gamble here again and i suggest everyone to do the same and avoid, lots of games dont work and the horrible service needs alot of work, just like the other reviews state the same problems. Its one casino you should avoid. I never take part in any bonus and always provide my documents before i play, so the issues are all on the casino.

I liked the games, incentives, some games pay well. Just need to decide if it’s enough to continue to play on their site. I get that they’re there to make money, not give it away. The first withdrawal I made, they didn’t send the password to deposit (via Interac). I eventually found the right company to get that cleared up. The last withdrawal was supposedly cancelled by me at the same time I made other deposits. You can see more about that in the negative comments. There’s just a certain level of accountability that just doesn’t seem to be there with this Casino. They like to pretend they’re honest. I made a withdrawal. They claim I cancelled it. I asked for a printout of my balance showing the amount going back into my account. It was never sent, although they did send 3 separate listings. My Deposits, My Withdrawals and my Game Activity. But nothing that showed the $ being returned to my account. Lesson learned. I MAY play there again but will have much stricter rules for myself.

So initially I deposited with my debit Mastercard. I couldn’t withdraw to that because in order to do so, you would need my banking details. Which I tried to explain this to the chat agent, who seemed not to care to understand. I was trying to tell the agent that in Canada in order to wire funds you need banking info. PlayOjO doesn’t have an option to enter banking details (fair enough I understand you are in Europe so it’s probably different but at least the agent should have clarified or asked for my banking which they did not. Instead the agent said wait for the email when it has been processed. (sounded like I was talking to a bot) And in the end it was obviously not processed and the money was returned to my ojo account. Shady move to get players to play their winnings. Well not me.So I read somewhere in another thread that if you deposit another method, you can withdraw that same way so I was thinking heck, I’ll do interac for $10 and see how that works. Well I requested my withdraw and NOTHING until now. Then randomly I got an email asking for my banking details. But still nothing.I just want what I won. I was never going to come on here to complain but y’all really make it difficult.. sad to say that some of the reviews are true (especially regarding withdrawals.. Why do you guys make it so hard to withdraw??)

This is by far my favorite casino. They have a wide range of providers and different games. They are also quick to pay out. They have almost 24 hours of live chat. They also have a daily drop jackpot that I love. I recommend everyone to take a look here. The only thing I regret is that you sometimes have to wait a long time for the live chat. In addition, I think paying 5% to make a paysafecard payment is a lot. But you can also pay for free in other ways, which is good. Keep it up PLAYOJO! 🙂

A good selection of games and extremely user friendly for all players. Support staff are always on hand to encourage gameplay. My initial experience was positive. Very serious concerns regarding social responsibility toward players. I won £30,000 (most I’d win before ever was £500 or so), places a withdrawal (£10,000 limit) and activated a time out given my gambling nature (previously used time outs, set limits and breaks, etc). Suddenly, the withdrawals took a lot, lot longer and my account manager emailed.(Time out still active bearing in mind) The email congratulated me on my win, cool. The email then put some free spins in my account (not even sure that’s legal during a time out?), and MOST disturbingly, set me a challenge: The challenge was to reach level 45 from 37 (I think), in reward for a spa break away.As a problem gambler, my instinct was to go for it. Meanwhile, withdrawals still taking forever and the time out is nearing its end.At the end of the time out, I played a bit to see if I could reach the target. Approx. £15,000 later I did, in return for a £100 voucher.After this gargantuan loss, the irresponsible behaviour didn’t stop.On one day, I’d deposited 17 times totalling £2,400 and another account manager emailed to say “you’ve still got kickers available. I love it it’s a great site loads of incentives little treats along the way a really good selection of games, love slingo. Pretty much everything I liked about this casino. I have been playing for about a year online casino and the casino in the city once in awhile. The most I ever won was playing Ojo. I really like fire joker, best won was 700$ in single spin. Get some beer and play on, cheers. The only thing I disliked was uploading the documents, a person should do it and get them verified before spending too much money. Other than that, couldn’t expect anything to be better.
