Won’t let me withdraw the £18.42 in my account, despite allowing people to deposit this amount. The site claims there’s ‘no sneaky wagering requirements’ yet there is this sneaky minimum withdrawal amount that they don’t advertise at all. There is no reason for this at all, and customer service was completely useless on the matter. Will never use this site again unless they decide to allow me to actually withdraw my own money.

I do love PlayOJO, it’s honest and very easy. One of the best things is that they have merkur games which are my favorites. Also that I get money while I play that I can trasforme to real wager free money – two thumps up for this casino! The only thing that I don’t like is that they don’t have novomatic games. Also that you can’t save bonuses on the site. Sometimes I have problems with games, I try to click it down but I can’t… not a big problem though 🙂

Good selection of games and the staff are all lovely. Also fast payouts when I withdraw. Takes days for someone to respond to an email. Also I dislike the fact that when I first joined I used to have good rewards all the time. The higher the level I have got I’ve noticed not so many rewards. Maybe get one reward every few months. I had much more rewards at level 1.

I think it is a Good casino.No wagering requirements.Do win money unlike some other sites.Lots of games and live chat are helpful. Good games, great fun, nice website and that’s all… Fast payouts are not fast average payout to Neteller is 3 days. Emails not getting answered, the last one took 5 days. No true support even if you get to customer service all go with the script and when questioned about the processing of payout they just repetitive about what needs to be checked etc. I have expected better than that. Sorry but prefer fewer games but great support. That was my last play with you.

Good games and no wagering requirements on any of there bonuses. Very slow pay out times especially when this sight seems to promote fast pay outs it’s a very slow process compared with other online casinos and very frustrating. It also seems impossible to speak with anyone at customer services via phone you can only speak via the chat which is difficult to get through you have very long waiting times then it seems to log you out before your connected so have to start and wait all over again, very annoying.

Fantasticly fun layout, great deal of free spins, and that is it Verification process. Took over a week, and probably even more if I did not react, and said that I did not want to play there. The only thing I can say I dislike is the fact for being on level 48 (vip) I don’t have much rewards. When I do the value is 10p which isn’t much.

I use a few casinos but what can I say Playojo has got better and better give great kicker promotions and the withdrawals are quick and hassle free. Keep it up, what a great site. Only negative is I am currently above level 30 and you are supposed to get extra benefits and bonuses but I haven’t seen anything extra than what I normally get when at level 1.
