I won $100, my total balance became 123. I ordered a withdrawal of $100, they promised to pay in a week. A week passed, there was no payment, I wrote to support – they apologized and said that there would be a payment within the next 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, support itself wrote – the payment was made. I was happy – the money came. I guess I was lucky. What ratings will I give: – payments 3 out of 5 – support 5 out of 5 – large selection of games 5 out of 5 – site convenience 3 out of 5

I dislike everything else about them. Their customer service is terrible the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I HIGHLY do not recommend them to anyone. When I went to try and redeem the verification process didn’t work. It couldn’t verify my birthday that’s on my drivers license. It then couldn’t recognize my username stated “its to many characters to be a username”, but here’s the thing I created the account and username on their website so how it wasn’t correct I will never understand. I then had an issue making a deposit apparently there’s a fee for making a payment but they don’t know how much it is they just know if it declines that mean add more money but again they don’t know how much. I then still tried to rectify the situation was going to still make a payment until the customer service representative got completely argumentative why I don’t know because she called me the minute my payment didn’t clear. So I then escalated she refused that told me how she had more important customers to assist and that if I want to escalate on her oh well that’s my choice. Then disconnected the call. I called back got a different representative a man this time I told him from the beginning of the conversation he wouldn’t be able to help me I requested a manager again. He went on to tell me how he can’t offer me any credits or force my deposit to go through and no manager will be able to either. I stopped him right there because I never requested a credit nor did I request a forced deposit nor did I request anything other than a manager and rectification for the way the previous representative handled me. He refused told me he could help in any way a manager could because they’re ALL unavailable. But how could you help me when you don’t understand the situation. When I’m telling you I have no issue making the payment I want nothing except for understanding of how I was mistreated. I requested they review that call and then explain to me where I was wrong. He refused told me the other rep was trying her best to help me but she had an attitude and he was trying to help me but didn’t get the point of the escalation wasn’t for a credit but to bring light on the way a representative treated a paying customer. He hung up on me to and then they stopped answering my calls. So I reached out via messenger again and they still refused to review the call but were able to tell me I provoked the situation when I never had an attitude or issue from the beginning not even after they called me right after my payment failed. To sum it up the way they rectified the situation was by telling me I the customer was in the wrong and closed my account immediately oh and they left a note on my account for a manager to review my concerns. I am absolutely disgusted with these people I definitely think they are a scamming casino I urge all people that are considering doing business with them not to. I smile when I’m taking payments not get mad at the customer for trying to make a payment. That’s weird and unprofessional. After investigating further I ran across other reviews saying they were scammers. BE VERY CAREFUL!! Sincerely Someone y’all a never get another cent from oh and I’ve also reached out to the BBB in reference to this situation.

Loved this casino and it was my go to casino. I don’t like the min deposit amounts but they have quite a few deposit bonuses that can make up for that. But, I have tried cashing out twice now, both times I keep getting denied. Live support tells me they see that my withdrawal was accepted and is going through but then within 24hrs I receive an email saying my withdrawal is denied because I played a certain bonus or I used a $20 chip from the missions store. Both the amounts I tried to withdrawal were from deposits I made and they were both after I completed the wagering requirements. The first one while I was waiting forever for my validation junk, I would just play lightly each day just to have something to play. I didn’t wanna make a new deposit or a large deposit until I received my $2000.00 to see if there was any issues with it. Finally received validation approval and immediately entered my withdrawal request for $2000.00 via debit card. But I had deposited via bitcoin so after 4 days of my withdrawal being listed as

What I didn’t like: Won $13k quickly and made it through the bonus playthrough pretty easily. Went to cash out and got a garbage reply that I could only cash out $500 each time. Total joke. I asked how that decision was made and got the below response. They use my credit score to determine cash out amount???? Huh??? Very scary!

What I didn’t like: Player beware – opened an account and authorized credit card deposit of $250. Final charge came to $305. Confirmed with my credit card they didn’t charge any foreign transaction fees for what ended up being processed in Chinese Yuan. Red Dog indicates it must have been some “intermediate banking charges” (of which I had no control of). Costly lesson. And, the slot payout was very weak. I’ll find another casino to play.

How would you rate Red Dog Casino?

I dislike all the lies that Red Dog Casino has posted on their website. They do not pay out in the amount of time listed, they do not pay out the maximum amount listed, they give you the runaround, they do not speak proper English, the DO take your money with no problem, they are LIARS, THIEFS, MISLEADING, DECEITFUL, they need to be shut down….

Customer service ghosted me after I provide common sense on my virtual card and the validation process is impossible it seems!? I’ve been depositing and losing money for over 6 months with RD now and attempted to cash out $1200 a couple months back but was brick walled due to an incorrect swift code that is in fact correct and not being able to provide photo copies of my money lion virtual MasterCard that I do not have physically. Now I’m trying to cash out $2500 in winnings and Diana and section both ghosted me after I provide the issue’s I’m having? Advise please??

What I didn’t like: This is going to be a long one. But this casino definitely sucks. When you deposit thousands- it’s no big deal, the minute you want your winnings it takes forever. I had a winning of $4500 and gambled back $2000 because it takes so long.I have requested at least ten times in the last week, that I just want to get paid and be deleted out of their system and I’m constantly being ran around. It’s disgusting.As an online player, you aren’t valued and customer service stinks. Every time you have a question, I sense an attitude like I’m not allowed to ask for something that’s mine.I don’t think that they should be able to operate in the US and I don’t think any casino should operate if they can’t pay out within 24 hours. It took such a long time to validate my account and it’s taking an even longer time to get my withdrawal which concerns me.Because I’m sure I have spent thousands and others have as well. So why is it such bullshit to get paid out?I just want my money and to be permanently deleted. Because it’s completely awful and unfair.

Games, deposits seem to go through more often than other casinos (using visa , m.c. debit & credit) What i really liked is that they called me on the phone to welcome me and then followed up with emails. I am now loyal to Red Dog.

What I didn’t like:I have been trying for weeks to get my account verified. These guys are awful. They say they didnt receive the documents and they did! Beware, this casino is a total scam. You see all the comments here, they are all true. These sites that review them as a legit casino must get paid alot.
