To sum it up the way they rectified the situation was by telling me I the customer was in the wrong and closed my account immediately oh and they left a note on my account for a manager to review my concerns. I am absolutely disgusted with these people I definitely think they are a scamming casino I urge all people that are considering doing business with them not to. I smile when I’m taking payments not get mad at the customer for trying to make a payment. That’s weird and unprofessional. After investigating further I ran across other reviews saying they were scammers. BE VERY CAREFUL!!
