I joined El Royale casino which is the sister company of reddog. I was playing on Elroyale and a customer who joined RedDog was informing members of issues with his payout after going thru validation. I’m having similiar payout issues after submitting paperwork 3X. The customer service number for Red Dog is the same as for El Royale. When I did contact customer service, I asked for a physical address to either fax or mail paperwork to. Customer service told me that they only respond via email. So, you’re at there mercy time wise. However, there is no issues when making deposits. I would tell those considering these sites to stay away. There is no legal recourse for the recovery of your money, since such casinos operate in foreign countries.
