The only reason it has one star is because you have to give at least one star before you can submit a review. Customer service is really terrible. After looking at some of the other reviews, it seems that is a problem for a lot of the players. I would suggest that these people that work in customer service should be given some training and if that doesn’t help give them their walking papers. The wait time of LIVE CHAT is a joke. When I finally gave up and sent an email instead I was told too much time had passed had to do it within minutes of deposit.
