i didnt mind this casino, seemed reasonably fair
Not much to crow about… same games as most other casinos. Won $20k, after my initial withdrawal passed the (over) 48hr pending period I was contacted by phone to provide documents, which I did within 15min of the call. A pop up kept appearing telling me to submit same documents, and so I called support and they said that it was ok, pop up would disappear… then a few hours later I received an email stating:’ “Since we still have not received all of your required verification documents, we have reversed your recent withdrawal back to your gaming account. As soon as we receive and approve your documentation, you may request another withdrawal it will be processed without delay.’ Like I said, this was merely hours after the (over) 48hrs it took my withdrawal to pass the pending period and AFTER I had submitted the required documents via email to the same casino rep who called me. I’ve NEVER played at a casino where they return funds to your account AFTER the initial reversible period! Typically this was now wednesday, it would have to be pending again for another 48hrs, which is obviously where they want you to blow all the money! So friday afternoon in Sth Africa (where they’re based) rolls around and surprise surprise, I now had to wait until their Monday before anything would happen! It really is so dishonest. They know that you’re probably a big gambler and therefore incredibly likely to spend that money and not have anything left to collect.. In the end I cashed out just over $5k, but of course they have a ridiculous rule I’ve not encountered anywhere else where you can only receive $5k a week of any amount you withdraw. On top of this, if you contact support via anything but phone it is incredibly time consuming, 10min between exchanges, they’re really rude, close the chat, and don’t actually solve a damn thing! Give these guys a miss if you’re not up for being totally messed around!

Okay, so I read horrid reviews about Royal Vegas AFTER I had played for the first time. I was fortunate enough to win and withdrew my winnings. I was very concerned about my withdrawal and expected massive delays, errors, and constant communication with the casino (based on the reviews). I must say, this was NOT the case. I withdrew 3000 and it took 7 days from beginning to the end, my money was in my bank (via SWIFT) on the seventh day. Verification of documents was a breeze and the entire process went smoothly.

Nothing special. Just like other casinos! Same games!!! I wish I had come here before playing at this casino. Good grief deposit bonus is 50x wagering requirement. I felt like I played all day trying to play it out. Got fed up and just did whatever so it would all just end. Now seeing these issues with withdrawals I am glad I never made it that far. Will stay away from now on!!!!

Some cool games, if you win bonus but, beware on getting your money withdrawn. It is a forever hassle. Well I won a progressive plus some other winnings $5,500 – it was a head ache just to receive my money. Sent documents in and got denied and asked for other documents.In the end I just spent the money in casino where it could of paid of study fees or went towards medical expenses. This is the first time iI have ever played an online casino and to be honest iI will warn all people.This sight has worst customer service, they also lost a $400 bank transfer and confiscated $1001.00.Emails were never emailed within the 12hrs and when I rang via telephone apparently the man could not assist me and told me to email.I wish I had read the reviews about this site as I would of never joined.so, just bare in mind while you are paying to play their casino – they are happy to take your moneyBut, when you are wanting your winnings to get a head in bills , self improvement or house hold items – they do not care and will make you jump thru hoops.whatever helps the sleep at night.

Customer service is horrible!! They never want to help you to the point where they will just the the conversation. They never give out a bonus for being a loyal customer where spi. Palace will if u ask. They have such good games and website layout its a shame they lack the customer service aspect 🙁
Lots of bonus in this casino after deposit but with out deposit you dont get anything . The first deposit bonus get by 35 dollar depositing i think its high then any other casino. All games are good for playing and the support team is very good they all try to give you help. I think its a avareg casino.
Customer Service is beyond terrible and rude. Trying to get a $100 cash withdrawl is like pulling teeth. Both chats to customer service took over 30mins for simple requests like the verification / withdrawl procedure etc… AVOID at all costs so many better online casino’s. Still trying to withdrawal initial deposit amount days later.
