I stupidly did not read these before I signed up with them a couple of days ago. I only used the free chip and did not deposit, but was not impressed. And today they sent me a text. I hate that! I have email and wish these places would use that. People work, are sick, on a different time frame and a text or callt is disturbing. I check my e mails daily and that is all that is necessary. One of the best RTG casinos I’ve played at. RTG usually has good slot games but Silver Oak has some of the best progressives and table games on the internet. Deposit bonuses are good but the constant promotions they offer were the reason I kept playing here. Been at SilverOak for 3 years now and haven’t had any real issues over the past couple. Everytime I request a payout it comes pretty quickly and don’t really need to bother the support staff about it. I’d check it out. 4/5 stars

I was removed from the site, no warning or reason, with upwards to $250 WITHDRAWABLE funds. I was extremely upset when I tried to ask customer support what the reason was.. only to get very rude responses. Don’t waste your time with this site.
