I was removed from the site, no warning or reason, with upwards to $250 WITHDRAWABLE funds. I was extremely upset when I tried to ask customer support what the reason was.. only to get very rude responses. Don’t waste your time with this site.

I Joined SilverOak Casino back in the early days when i still enjoyed and trusted Real-time Gaming Software but a lot has changed since then then and this casino is sadly one of those that led me stray from the Real-time Gaming franchise and search for better trusted casinos by different software providers, i Played a no deposit freechip here of 100$ and wagered it only to have the funds zero’d which was upsetting but i redeemed my comp points and managed to win 50$ which i then tried to cash out only to find the casino being very difficult by giving me the run around with kyc docs and not responding to emails and live chat in my view acting like it was their first day on the job, to cut a long story short i eventually just gave up and never logged on since the funds could even still be in the account but its honestly not worth the headache in pursuing it

I’m writing this review since I have deposited at SO 2-3 times with decent no restriction bonuses having allowed me to have between $300-$400 to play with and on each occasion I have played I have almost never gotten the bonus on the gams I play and on those few occasions I do hit it it has always paid really really small. One of my favorite games is T Rex and on almost all of the times I have hit the bonus the dinosaur in the middle doesn’t even show up which of course is the point of the bonus game. I am not going to deposit here again

They don’t mind taking your money but when it comes time to pay out they won’t!!!!!

Not a very good casino another one of these places with endless T&C when using no deposit bonuses, there is always something else, there is far better casinos out there, pretty average casino besides all that, games are ok quite limited.

Have never had any luck at this casino, many other RTG casinos with better winning odds.

So the VIP team sent me a $300 dollar chip via email trying to get me to play there again so I emailed them and made sure this is a chip I can play and cashout since I hadn’t deposited and they have me the thumbs up then closed my account once I made playthrough and tried to cashout. They’re very shady

Not all online casinos are the same.This is a lesson that I’m sure almost all on-line gamblers face at some point or another. I don’t know why I even gave Silver Oaks 1 star, when a couple negative star ratings would be more appropriate. This is hands down the absolute worst site I’ve ever had to deal with. After winning well over $6300.00 playing slots, I was ready to cash out. According to my account, I had exceeded the playthrough requirements which were pretty high and was eligible for the withdrawls. Long story short they denied my first 2500.00 apparently they had loaded a bonus of 15$ to my account w/o me being aware and that forfeited my winnings because THEY still allowed me to deposit with a bonus and the funds were mixed. I guess I should be thankful I got back my original deposit of 100.00. Withdrawl #2 was also denied, but the 1000.00 was put back into my account. Withdrawl #3 for 2500.00 was approved after 2 weeks, but I have yet to be paid and it’s been 31 days since the request was first paid. 7-10 days is how long they claim it will take for the whole process. Customer service is worthless and no matter how many inquiries I make, I have still not received any ETA as when the check will be mailed. This site is garbage, stay away, stay away. There are many great sites out there that pay and are legitimate. I’m sure I’ll get paid, it’s just been a horrible ride.

silver oak was one of the first casinos online that i ever played at, so as such they have kind of a special place in my heart. in addition to having plenty of free chips and giveaways, if you have the patience and can wait out the withdrawal time *(make sure you get your forms in early, people) then these casinos are well worth it. some of their jackpots are off the hook.

Absolute horrible place to play. Appears to be a normal RGG casino at first look but once you died in a little deep for you see the service from customer service is a joke. Verification process is been beyond painful. And even if you ever do when enough to try to cash out you’ll never get your money.
