Well I may have to retract everything good I said above. I was just informed by Silver Oak that I can no longer use their No Playthrough / No Max coupons because I’m a too experienced player. I’ve been playing online less than a year. This was as of yesterday when my last withdrawal was approved. (also the same day as my comment above). They said I have paid in $815 but I have won $790 and therefore I must play only the coupons that have a rules. I thought this was a casino? So what they are telling me is, that I’m not suppose to make any money, only them? I guess maybe I will move on because their bonuses are not all that great. Okay so these guys are absolutely terrible and they bring the terrible experience to a whole new level, I will have to give them that much. Everyone else here (and everywhere else for that matter) covered how this website sucks inside and out for all the regular obvious reasons, and I’m going to add the cherry on top, so asides from the regular being terrible (unprofessional, slow, lacking in quality, just all around bad) they would not stop emailing me. AND I don’t mean like once a day or a couple times a week, I mean I hit a glitch in some algorithm somewhere because I was getting emails like 4-5 every minute, I went to livechat and complained the guy fixed it and we had a bit of a laugh over it, but yeah I figured I’d share that.

fully agree with all other commentors.. tried to withdrawal $150 USD and it took over a month for them to just ban me and screw me out of my winnings.. this was a year or so ago, long before i found LCB !!

ugh they had a 200 chip added to my account i never applied for it i went threw the playthrew requiments they took 917 or so which is fine i know thats part of the rules i went threw the id check no issues and made a 20 dollar verfication deposit no problem then i requested 120 withdrawl btc they cancelled it and sent back 19 and manager took the rest i mean made me pay gas fees etc why not just take it alll from the start and make me go threw everything for a chip they added to boot so not like i even tried to redeem it smh

Horrible experience. I mean, I tried the free chip they offer, and I won believe it or not. Made it through wagering and all was well. Or so I thought. Customer service is horrible. Said I had to deposit before j could withdraw. So I did. That’s standard. But after I deposited and finished that playthrough and tried to withdraw, I got stonewalled. No response from support. Stay away.
