I have been playing here at Silver Oak and am from Canada but am allowed to play here again. I joined quite awhile ago, played, then Canada was not allowed, now we are. 🙂 I have not been lucky like some of the others on here, however I am continuing to play here because of the positive comments and because there is a promotion called, Crew270 which I like. I also have a Players Reward Card, and can use it here. I do have other RTG’s I like such as Uptown Aces with excellent withdrawl time frames, however I cannot use my Players Reward card there.

So I have given this site an average rating because that sums it all up for Silver Oaks and the rest if this group of casinos. I haven’t won enough to request a withdrawal. I made one deposit and while I was playing, I forgot I was on Silver OAKS and not Raging Bull, a sister site to this casino. More like a TWIN SISTER site!!! So needless to say, this casino is the same as Raging Bull, Planet 7, Royal Ace, Slot Madness, Slots Garden, and Captain Jack. I believe that is the whole group of casinos under the same management or ownership? There is also something not right about the processors they use for withdrawals. I am still in the process of figuring it out ans when I get it down right I will leave a note. But I do want to tell people that they should pay attention to the actual amount that is charged to your account on the deposits you make on thse sites. They claim that using a CC you will be chaged a service fee of not more than 10% And when you make a deposit the total will indicate what percentage you have been charged. HOWEVER, I found that on every occasion I have made a deposit on one of these sites the processors have charged sometimes as much as 20 % and more. Now when this happened to me, I did send in my bank statements showing these charges and letting that particular casino that I have the confirmation emails regarding the amount that should have been charged. And that I would send them to my bank to prove fraudulent charges have been made. The casino in this group I was dealing with was very agreeable to returning all the excess overcharged amounts. So just be aware that a lot of these processors for these online casinos are not to be trusted and you should review every transaction to make sure you are not over charged 20 or even 30% of your deposit.

I have won twice and it takes a month to get paid. I have a 3rd one in the process. They are slow but they do pay. Also be very careful about the rules because they will hold you to them with no exception. I also found that the withdraw button doesn’t seem to always send it to the withdraw mode. Ask online help to verify that the money has been put into the withdrawing mode. It will actually show it as a pending withdraw. All in all the games play pretty fair when they are hot and they can be cold and you just have to know when to back off. One last thing be aware sometimes the online help people aren’t all on the same page as I find out things from one person when another thought it was a different way. I don’t think slow quite describes their payouts it’s like turtle slow like months and months slow that is ridiculous nobody should ever take that long to pay out a withdraw. And then as soon as you ask about a withdraw you will be locked out of your account

I won and won and won with the NDB of $130. Of course when I played through the amount required, the machines and games started to get tighter. I stopped playing and requested a withdraw after emailing all info required. No response and same available balance showed. I have not tried to withdraw any money so I can’t comment on that aspect. I have had a great experience for the most part. Getting from the opening page to the actual lobby has been an issue a few times on my mobil. That could also totally be my issue and not the casino. Its like most inclave casinos.
