I have been playing silver oak sense 2014 yes it has always payed slow but if you stick with it you would get you’re money. With that said I would have to say I am down about 50k well I started winning and won around 20k over a few weeks. Well I stayed with my withdrawals and when I got them all finally they go and wont let me have my vip bonus anymore just because I won a little of my money back. This wrong and should be investigated by the casino review board. You win and then they just change the rules on you without any explanation

Absolute horrible place to play. Appears to be a normal RGG casino at first look but once you died in a little deep for you see the service from customer service is a joke. Verification process is been beyond painful. And even if you ever do when enough to try to cash out you’ll never get your money.

i went through live chat about withdrawing as click2pay was not an option in cashier, and was told to email payouts (11 March 10) and was told to wait 7 to 10 days, after been told its impossible on my first live chat. After waiting to the 20 March was told had to lodge a request through O/N payment….. numerous chats was told 7/10 days not once was it business days….. so yesterdays was told that live chat could not help..but to mail payouts again and they would responds with 24 hours…and yet again no response at all from payouts, so this is twice i was promised a response within 24 hours and twice i have got nothing… so over a month later and countless drawn out discussions with live chat and no end in sight…..i am lodging this complaint If i was told it could take a two months for you to see any winning i would not have deposited……this is a joke…and still have no idea why i have had to wait, after being lied to, mislead, and stalled would be happy just to get my deposits back and not go near the silver oak casino…just warning others how they do not get the same result..i have kept all the chats

Silver Oak has been around for awhile, a typical RTG casino with games such as Plentiful Treasure, Cash Bandits etc game like these with massive jackpots gives you the potential to win very large amounts which is exciting. Hasn’t happened for me yet but still trying!
