Nice 100 NDB. After that they suck. I won my 3000$ playthrough and asked for my 100$ max withdrawal on June 12th 2018. Now here we are 14 days later and getting screwed again. I asked for a bitcoin withdrawal 14 days ago which is fast and simple. I was told I needed to verify my acct which would take 3-5 days and my deposit would be in.so yesterday (day13) I get my ok your verified email. So that was a 9 day minimum delay. I check my account and no deposit today (day 14). I contact them and I am told they just got my verification paperwork. I tell them and show proof with email I am already verified. I asked for my deposit again today and am told 3-5 days for approval then 7-10 days for the deposit. I explain to customer service I have went through this entire process and approved and want my withdrawal. They tell me no I am just verified today so I have the same process to wait on another 2 weeks I am sure.The casino was fun 2 weeks ago. Now I say never p0lay with them. They will not honor withdrawals reasonably!!!

I have been a long time player at Silver Oak and the bonuses are as good as any currently online. The games are RTG the same as many other sites but without the bonuses in most cases. You have to completely understand how the bonuses work as you never get the bonus or you deposit included with a withdrawal. Some of their bonuses require a playthru some don’t make sure you know the difference. I have never found any of the customer service people to be rude, but then I am never rude to them, maybe that helps when you have an issue. I have tried to let them know I am patient but there is a limit without being rude about it. What I dislike is the same thing everyone complains about, is slow payments. You need to know this going in, but I do have a complaint currently because I have been waiting almost 3 months now which may not be that unusual but now it seems they no longer allow me to chat to see if there has been any updates on my withdrawal. Also I have requested that someone return my call twice now with no response. I did call one time on the weekend so there’s that. Other than slow payments I don’t think there is too much wrong with this Casino. I have had good chats with customer service and they say they are doing everything they can to speed things up and I believe them, it is part of the process and the location where they are that hinders somewhat quicker payouts. Overall I give them six stars even though I am waiting for a payout myself.
