have made a deposit here many times and still have not been able to cash out and the verification process is always a pain i think online casinos really need to make efforts in the department of cashouts. you can deposit instantly you need to be able to cash out a little easier. it really seems unfair and like a lose lose for players,

this is the only casino i have made a deposit at. i was never able to make a withdrawal. i am still highly sceptical that you can indeed cash out at an online casino. with that said the staff that i dealt with over the phone and in live chat were very helpful and polite. of course how hard is it to sit there and take peoples money and try to coax/offer bonuses with very high percentages and playthroughs that you may or may not be able to cashout. sorry if it seems pessimistic but this was my experience. honestly and truly.

I have just tried to claim my no deposit bonus and I am having so much troubles…I am not sure if I need to download the casino to claim this bonus or what.. this is ridiculous

my winnings are at 7300 dollars and have been approved, I have not win in over a year,this is since jan ,its over 2 months, it is very disappointing it looks like they are trying not to pay me ,I have been a loyal and good customer ,and lost lots ,this is how they treat vip customers
