i do not trust in Silver Oak and by extension, in any casino of this group because, of all the sad situations i experienced with them. They refuse to honor their commitments with the players and do not paid the withdrawable money of no deposit bonus (see for example my review in SlotMadness casino!)

This site is a fraud! Stay away from it! Everyone on here putting good comments are lying or fake. Didn’t waste your time or money on it. There are plenty of casinos that are legit. That’s all I’m gonna say..

They keep denying my withdrawal. There’s no communication at all. Their chat does not work even though they keep emailing me telling me to contact them through the chat. They’ve denied my withdrawal four times, even though I deposited money. 

Hello, I redeemed the bonus, the Balance Plus over 100€ won. the Virtualization made deposit. Everything on OK. After 10 days, 86€ were deducted.

Great bonuses and games but the withdrawals are disappointing. $100 minimum is too high and payouts can be soooo slow sometimes! I guess its like this at lots of casinos but casino owners need to start improving these things. Can’t just rely on nice bonuses all the time.

This casino will never pay out. I have been trying to make a withdrawal for 2 months. My identity was verified, as was my bank account, address, etc. I tried withdrawing by check, wire, and bitcoin, and each time the money was put back in my account after about 10 days without explanation. So I would follow with another withdrawal using a different method, still no withdrawal.  When I finally contacted them through chat, I was given an email address to send additional info. When I did, I was told it was not good enough because I used a joint account.
