how do you chat with the Silver oak casino? I’ve won on the free play and uploaded my documents and now I can’t get in touch with anyone and it won’t allow me to cash out. it’s telling me I have to deposit 10 dollars in Bitcoin before I can cash out and that’s the only way to cash out. HELP!!!

In my last review, Feb 01, 2022, already told that, this casino is blocked to be accessed by portugese IPs, today try once more and the situation remains (see screenshot). No problem at all, this casino belong to a group of casinos with a bad bad history in withdraws, so i did not play here in a long time!

This particular casino is horrible. They did not honor the payout amount that I specifically contacted customer service about. Not only did they not honor it but they also took 3 days two different times to tell me they weren’t going to honor my payout. Absolutely horrible. I recommend using any other site than this one.

So I’ve noticed that there is a chain of little mini casinos online that all seem to be coming from the same place. This happens to be one of them. So I get them I spend and I actually came out pretty good. They wanted me to go over 100% of what I already bet. and I more than surpass that again going to cash out this is work it’s kind of harry. It’s a little depressing when you spend a few hours trying to make sure that you won Enough to cash out only to find out that you’ll never be verified and even if you are by the time you submit your request to cash out they’re going to bounce back and then say that you didn’t reach your goal.
