I wish I had known about LCB when I first began depositing at online casinos. Silver Oak and all there sister casinos are a rip off I deposited so many times to get a massive free chip deal they advertised only to be told after meeting the requirements that I couldn’t get this chip without depositing yet again because I had redeemed a loyalty free chip that they automatically put on my account. Very shady business practices and extremely rude and cocky customer service.

I don’t think slow quite describes their payouts it’s like turtle slow like months and months slow that is ridiculous nobody should ever take that long to pay out a withdraw. And then as soon as you ask about a withdraw you will be locked out of your account

— I wonder if you play with your own money and not a free chip would there still be problems cashing out? From my experience with this casino they offer loads of free chips or used to.
I tried to withdraw and they said i had to many free codes and took my winnings, $144 off my account…
