i was talking to the rep about how to deposit and withdraw and what games u have available. i was chatting for like 30 minutes to find out they dont accept players from ny. if they dont accept players from ny my account should have never been created.
I played at this casino several times in the past. I liked it but after my first cash out which took a couple of weeks to verify my identity and documents, they no longer allowed me to sign in. I would still get all the promotional emails. It was never explained to me why I was not allowed to sign in anymore.

Those were the longest 18 days of my life. After verifying my account (didn’t have any problems and it was done pretty fast) I asked for withdrawal into my two ewallet accounts (neteller and moneybookers). I was paid in less then 6 hours, which is almost unbelievable fast withdrawal for an RTG powered casino. Tried to play there few times more but didn’t have any luck or some significant win. There was one thing that bothered me later. Whenever there was some free chip or free spins offer and I tried to redeem that codes I was rejected. I read somewhere that there were similar cases that the players were bonus banned after winning on ND chips or freeroll tournaments so I asked their email help am I bonus banned. They replied that I am not and that there are no ND offers at the moment (even though I was sure that there were some offers that other players used). At the end I can just say that this is a reputable casino and whoever wants to play here will not be disappointed.
It was one of the best RTG casinos a few years ago. But now it has become a junk scam casino! They never withdraw winnings! Every time they lie that I allegedly didn’t wager my deposit (although I wagered it three times more than their rules require). They ignore my documents for verification, although I was already successfully verified a few years ago! SCAM!!!
contacted them today on payout ,,2 days pending ,,2 days to process,,,,4-7 days to get paid ,,and that’s using next day overnight courier they drag you as long as they can
