I had to fight just to get a withdrawal process . Thank God for lcb.org, they got me my money in less than 24 hours. Following that,. They changed my account to “Skilled Player” and exempt my account from recieving any promotions ever. Total dick move if you ask me.

totally agree with Tonshea124 as I had my 2rn cash-out I became a skilled player as they called it and no more promotion for ever since then come a major holiday they threw one for me then the free spin and i managed to cash-out max $250 on their 30 free spins and then I become the invisible to them as I do not exist in their eyes. like the site, but! the payouts take for ever. many weeks, customer service , always says something different each time. says you will get an email? i never get any. they take deposits immediately. withdrawals take forever. they say 48 to 72 hours, it takes many weeks. many reviews say same thing. i would beware .

Not a bad online casino to venture off and  play some fun and entertaining games. Lots of promotions and bonuses to choose from and that’s always a nice problem to have and the variety of games wasn’t to bad except no BGAING slots which I always hate to see but still a decent collection to choose from. This casino use to be my go to casino, for their timely withdrawals and awesome comps for their players based off of the tier. That was then sadly when you become more of a frequent player your withdrawals take longer 3 weeks for Bitcoin even though it’s supposed to be within 72hrs. When you win a certain amount they now have you labeled as a skilled player, this means no bonuses, comp points ,or cashbacks basically you’re just playing to play. At a regular casino you still get comp points. This is the the reason for my rating

First, it is $50 to withdrawal your money if opting for the check. You also have to have a high dollar amount to withdrawal. I’ve now been waiting more than a month for it to even be processed. After numerous contacts, they assured me it’s been set to a high priority. That was a week ago.

I have been verified there for about 2 weeks now, and I took the money out immediately. It says on the site that withdrawal can take up to 72 hours, but I’ve been waiting for about 2 weeks… Support is not much help either, they just say you will receive an email immediately once we have sent the money, but yea… still waiting for that email. When it comes down to what decides whether this casino is worth it or not basically lies with the withdrawal process. Also it comes down to whether or not you make it far enough to be able to go through the withdrawal process. It took a while but I managed, just as it took a while to win meaning several deposits, it also is taking a while to get paid after verification. Customer service doesn’t know what to do or they just really don’t care cuz they won’t tell you anything besides an email will come when the payment is sent. They also tell you it’s going to be soon which it won’t be. I requested to pay out on September 2nd it’s not September 9th and there isnt any change in regards to customer service providing any type of information on the payout. The verification process took longer than it should mostly because I was having to chase them around asking them what I needed instead of them telling me. Also customer service is the most worthless I’ve seen they have nothing to say besides you’ll be notified as soon as the payment is sent. They will not update at all on the process or expected payday. On top of that the verification took an extremely long amount of time in comparison to other casinos. I don’t mind waiting a few days for a payout. Though I do play mostly at places I get it immediately. But this is just unacceptable really. If you want instant payouts, great customer service, fun games, and good winnings there are plenty other places to go. Incredibly slow payouts. I’ve played other casinos and recieived payout in a couple days sometimes even a couple of hours.
