When it comes down to what decides whether this casino is worth it or not basically lies with the withdrawal process. Also it comes down to whether or not you make it far enough to be able to go through the withdrawal process. It took a while but I managed, just as it took a while to win meaning several deposits, it also is taking a while to get paid after verification. Customer service doesn’t know what to do or they just really don’t care cuz they won’t tell you anything besides an email will come when the payment is sent. They also tell you it’s going to be soon which it won’t be. I requested to pay out on September 2nd it’s not September 9th and there isnt any change in regards to customer service providing any type of information on the payout. The verification process took longer than it should mostly because I was having to chase them around asking them what I needed instead of them telling me. In comparison to other casinos that I’ve played, lost, won, and withdrawn, all in a 2-hour period. Was made high roller status which per the site says quicker payouts (up to 72 hours). After being verified and requesting a Bitcoin withdrawal, it’s been 8 days and counting and still no deposit. The first BTC withdrawal payout I requested I got in 2 weeks, onto the 2nd payout I’ve been waiting over a month. I got verified before I made my first withdrawal. It took 5 business days to receive Bitcoin withdrawal. I was told it was because they had a new cashier. Bitcoin was supposed to be 48-72 hours.
