Was made high roller status which per the site says quicker payouts (up to 72 hours). After being verified and requesting a Bitcoin withdrawal, it’s been 8 days and counting and still no deposit. Been told many stories by live chat, still no deposit. I wouldn’t waste my time with this site when there are way better sites available. I won’t hold my breath on the deposit but I will not be playing here again.

I got verified before I made my first withdrawal. It took 5 business days to receive Bitcoin withdrawal. I was told it was because they had a new cashier. Bitcoin was supposed to be 48-72 hours. Such a pain regarding withdrawals. Submitted withdrawal on 21st via Bitcoin and still pending- all documentation and declaration submitted and accepted/confirmed via manager. On live chat giving different information- withdrawal will be processed in 72hours, other one said 3-5 working days and another one said we can’t give time frame, other one said 72hours but usually faster….Feels like I’ve been lied 🤥 Everywhere says 72hours withdrawal process and if withdrawing via Bitcoin should be fasterIf will receive my withdrawal will update
