You lose all of your balance upon cash out! I had a balance of $1003 and I requested to withdraw $250 which is the max even though on the bottom of the screen is says a much higher amount. Upon processing the withdrawal my remaining $753 disappeared and CS said that whatever balance you have over the maximum withdrawal amount is automatically forfeited upon withdrawal.
