You lose all of your balance upon cash out! I had a balance of $1003 and I requested to withdraw $250 which is the max even though on the bottom of the screen is says a much higher amount. Upon processing the withdrawal my remaining $753 disappeared and CS said that whatever balance you have over the maximum withdrawal amount is automatically forfeited upon withdrawal.
They announce a withdrawal time of 5-8 business days and it took a month. Even worse, they took $30 off of me and haven’t credited the sum on the casino. I sent them the proof of the bank. They don’t answer at CS. It’s a pure and simple rip-off. Avoid!
