I judge an online casino by it’s honesty when it comes to withdrawals. This casino, was 100% everything they said they would be. There’s some free play available and when I happen to win and requested a withdrawal I was helped through the process and it took exactly 4 days just like they said it would. Customer service is terrible, Been playing with them for a couple months now and have deposited well over 2K. I finely hit a 750$ and decide to withdraw. I got flagged because I need to verify. Shouldn’t be a problem, I gamble at a few online casinos and this is slandered.. So I thought…. First I needed to send a pic of my ID front and back then a selfie with me holding it. and then a picture of my bank act statement with date. No problem , i send all that in an email. automatically get an email saying it will take approximately 72 hrs. Again no problem what’s 3 days, on day 2 i notice a rejection email saying my documents were too large and it was rejected. Weird i thought i already received the automatic 72 hr email… so i re send again 1 at a time, and all go through. 72 hrs.’ later i get an email saying the picture of my banking verification would not work. So i resend a pdf form. Again 72 hrs to review. 3 days later get an email saying that doc was tampered with? it was not so I re send again. 72 hrs. wait and guess what .. IT was not excepted, I have done everything they have asked and it seems like this is a way to not verify you so they don’t have to pay… been going on for 15 days now and dont think anything’s going to change. every correspondence with the company automatically takes 72 hrs for them to reply. chat will not help they just say i got to wait and they don’t deal with verification .

The first deposit I made netted me a $600 withdrawal and the 2nd deposit netted me over $1000 and I just received my 2nd withdrawal yesterday. Both withdrawals took 5 days on the nose. Obviously you have to submit all identification documents 1st… I recommend doing this the day that you join to save stress in the case of a win. Again, this is a GOOD and LEGIT casino that pays out without a hitch.

When I registered my account, it never prompted me to set up a password, then when I set up my account and I go to login,  I hit password recovery, it sends me a new password and everytime I try to log in it sends me to this oops message . disappointing

Whoa this casino has the biggest deposit bonus I’ve ever seen to be honest. Would be hard to play through a 500% deposit bonus and wagering X40 with a deposit of £25 ? Has anyone got any feedback of how they went with this one and withdrew from it?
