I spoke to a man Steve and he told me wait 4 business days, then after 4 days I contacted and a lady Kathy on the 4th business day and she said my account is verified wait 48hrs. It’s been 48hrs and now Jenn is saying I’m still not verified . So I have to wait for my $400 and $500 cash out . It’s been 1 whole week going thru verification and I’m getting mad because I played this for money not for fun . I’ll update yall if anything changes

Customer service is terrible, Been playing with them for a couple months now and have deposited well over 2K. I finely hit a 750$ and decide to withdraw. I got flagged because I need to verify. First I needed to send a pic of my ID front and back then a selfie with me holding it. and then a picture of my bank act statement with date. No problem , i send all that in an email. automatically get an email saying it will take approximately 72 hrs. Again no problem what’s 3 days, on day 2 i notice a rejection email saying my documents were too large and it was rejected. Weird i thought i already received the automatic 72 hr email… so i re send again 1 at a time, and all go through. 72 hrs.’ later i get an email saying the picture of my banking verification would not work. So i resend a pdf form. Again 72 hrs to review. 3 days later get an email saying that doc was tampered with? it was not so I re send again. 72 hrs. wait and guess what .. IT was not excepted, I have done everything they have asked and it seems like this is a way to not verify you so they don’t have to pay… been going on for 15 days now and dont think anything’s going to change. every correspondence with the company automatically takes 72 hrs for them to reply. chat will not help they just say i got to wait and they don’t deal with verification .
