I liked the promotions and the variety of games on this casino. I say liked because now, I have no promotions available to me after attempting to withdrawal a week ago. I am still waiting for payment after many attempts of contacting someone through email. I finally received an email notification stating I will be paid in 48hrs, after many 48hrs. I was proactive in providing documents needed but was contacted by different people stating different documents needed each time contradicting one another. It’s a stalled unprofessional process and still waiting to see if I will ever really be paid out. This casino could use some revamping on policy and procedure, other casinos are prompt and timely. Withdrawing here has been a inconvenience and still don’t know if it’s real yet.

I made it through the dreaded playthrough on a bonus, and they ACTUALLY PAID ME! BUT…… Now they call me a “skilled player” so I can’t get loyalty rewards or bonuses. What idiots. I have tried most of their games but I always liked the slots at this Casino. I think sportandcasino has good games and a good variety.

I can’t even lie at first I waited the bonus and I was able to withdraw the hundred dollars after about five days but then when I deposit money again did not claim any bonus I hit 700 and try to withdraw it then I was told that I’m a skillful player and are no longer included on promotions or bonuses and that might which also be quicker though because you know they don’t have to do all the analysis and check in through you know your wagering stuff but it’s been day six and still haven’t got my withdrawal and keep getting towed in 48 hours and 48 hours and 48 hours I’m very upset about this and honestly bummed that they are treating me like this I even sent them emails of a fake account on Twitter that’s been trying to send me messages acting like they are sportsandCasino and you know looking out for them and trying to get them to protect themselves and stuff like that you know being a bigger person and they still don’t give a crap about me
