They have a great space section. I have customer support via online chat and via e-mail. Both were fast and polite and ready to help. I have not made a recording yet, so I can’t judge that. I thought it was a pretty good casino and as soon as I withdrew money, the service dropped off, rather than instantly being available on chat I had to wait nearly 30 mins. The wire transfer took 14 days and I had to keep following up.This happened 3 times. Once I put more money in after playing about a month I wasn’t receiving anymore VIP free bonuses for my level, I’d get the email but I’d always have to forward the email to support and get them to manually load. And after withdraw I’d only ever have 2 deposit bonus options. Once complained it was all reset.

The bonus is bad, it is no longer valid. I register and they never gave me the bonus. They should review and put updated information. Anyway, the casino looks good, has fun games and allows some games without money only with fictitious chips to all

the casino is pretty nice i got a R70 bonus on sign up which had to wager times 40 being R2800 playthrough and if i anted to cash out i had to have a minimum of times 25 the bonus amount winnings which was not hard to get with my first big in for R2 bet got me over R1200 and a R600 win looked into cashier still requirements was not met i betted R25 after that and was playing for an half an hour which i surely should have beaten the wager by then but still it showed requirements net met
