I’ve had an issue with this casino since I signed up. They just locked my account! No reason, just locked me out upon signup. I have no idea why! I had never played there and I did not have an account, so what is the reason to lock me out? I love their software and would have definitely been a depositing player! When I went to support via email, they told me it was for “security reasons” I’m sorry, but that doesn’t make any sense! So, I give this casino a bad rating.

Slots Capital is a fairly reputable casino from the little i know about them, I registered and played the no deposit bonus out of intense boredom the one day and was hoping for a successful cashout from the free chip but yet again could not manage the wagering and so RIval no deposit bonuses are still the only free chips i have never managed to wager and request a withdrawal from and im starting to believe that it is impossible, apart from that Slots Capital has the full range of Rival games available on desktop and download and a support team that will constantly try interrupt your game play to offer you very high deposit match bonuses

Probably my favorite Rival casino to play at. Support team is friendly. Lots of promotions. And the most important thing: they pay your cash-outs.

I also dont like this casino, get emails every week with some no deposit bonuses and very high wagering, when i first registered i got a 30dollar no deposit bonus which i lost fast, livechat many times not online, i asked if i can deposit with neteller with email because i didnt saw the option to deposit wiht neteller but the website say spossible, 2 days later i get answer saying neteller will be online soon. Too long time to answer a simple question, not recommended.

The only way to withdraw money is by bank transfer, a total wtf. This fact alone should have this as a negative rating, makes me question this site’s legitimacy… on top of that you’re limited at 2K, not worth playing here at all.

Update: Since I last posted months ago, I have not won a thin dime. I can’t even win 20x on a spin. Ever. They may have had a management or ownership change, but whatever has happened, this site has become nothing but a scam. DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE! This is a black hole that does nothing by suck your money. I wish I could retract everything I ever said that was positive. Their live chat has disappeared and you cannot reach them by phone. They do not return emails, either. So, basically, you cannot contact them. The withdrawal experience I had was a little slow, but I did receive my money in about a week. The games are awesome and graphics are fantastic!
