Review of Slots Empire Casino
Have you heard of Slots Empire?
This is a newer online casino with a spartan theme. The theme caught our attention, but it was their games that pulled us in when compiling this review of Slots Empire Casino. We “tested” their games for far longer than we care to admit.
What can we say? Their games are a lot of fun. We’ll tell you about them in a minute.
We’ll also tell you about their live dealer casino, which you don’t even know they have until after you create your account because they don’t advertise it on their website. It’s worth checking out, though.
Their promotions are too. If anything, it’s because they allow you to claim them multiple times before they expire. You can claim some of their offers indefinitely.
We’re going to talk about all of this and more in our Slots Empire Casino review. We cover the good and the bad stuff we found, so that by the time you’re done reading this review, you’ll know whether Slots Empire is the best online casino for you in 2024.
- No withdrawal fees
- Deposit and cash out with Bitcoin
- Play live dealer games from ViG
- Choose from 200+ casino games
- US players welcome
- Claim deposit bonus five times
- Live casino stream lags
- High withdrawal minimum/low withdrawal maximum
- Mobile casino has fewer games
- No mobile live dealer casino
Slots Empire Review – Basic Information
Slots Empire launched in 2019. They’re a newer online casino and there’s not much information about them online. Some people view casinos like this as high risk.
But the fact is that Slots Empire has a Curacao gaming license. They have a secure website (that uses bank-grade encryption software) and there aren’t any customer complaints.
So, is Slots Empire a safe online casino?
Our opinion (based on decades of experience) is that Slots Empire is a safe, secure, and trustworthy casino for the people who can play here.

Reviewing Slots Empire’s Casino Games
Slots Empire’s name is a little misleading. While they do have tons of slot machines, they offer table games, card games, and video poker machines, too.
Slots Empire’s games come from at least two software providers. Their regular casino games come from Real Time Gaming (RNG). Visionary iGaming (ViG) supplies their live casino games.
The result is a well-rounded casino with games for nearly every type of casino player. We tested several of their games out during our review and enjoyed them all.

Table Games
Here are the table games we found during our Slots Empire casino review.
- Baccarat
- Blackjack
- Blackjack + Perfect Pairs
- Caribbean Hold’em Poker
- Face Up
- 21
- Pai Gow
- Poker
- Super 21
- Tri Card Poker
- Pontoon
- Let ’Em Ride
- Caribbean Stud Poker
- European Blackjack
- Match Play 21
- Suit ‘Em Up
- Blackjack Vegas
- Three Card Rummy
- American Roulette
- Craps
- European Roulette
This is a nice, diverse selection of table games. Keep in mind that the roulette and craps games are not in the table games section like they are at other casinos. They’re in the specialty section instead.
We tested a few games during our review and thought that they all looked great. Their graphics strike a nice balance between realistic and animated graphics.
Their table limits are reasonable. Every game we tested had limits of $1-$250. Their games worked as they should, too.
The one thing that really stood out to us was their Caribbean Hold’em and Caribbean Stud games. Both offered a progressive jackpot worth nearly a quarter million dollars last we looked.
Overall, we liked their table game section. Slots Empire has a nice variety of games and variants, solid software, and a six-figure progressive jackpot you can win.
What’s not to like?
Video Poker
Here are the video poker games you can play at Slots Empire:
- Aces and Eights
- Bonus Poker
- Double Bonus Poker
- Double Jackpot Poker
- Loose Deuces
- All-American Poker
- Jacks or Better
- Sevens Wild
- Bonus Deuces Wild
- Deuces Wild
- Joker Poker
They have multi-hand variants, too. You can play one, three, ten, or even 52 hands at one time.
The stakes you can play for vary from $0.05 to $5 per credit. This comes out to $0.25 to $25 per hand if you bet the max, which we always recommend you do.
Their graphics were simple, but that’s normal for a video poker game. What’s more important is how they work, and these games worked great.
The one thing that stood out is their “Double or Nothing” gambling feature which is triggered when you win. This is a mini game that will either pay you double when you win or take all your money if you lose. This adds a little excitement to an otherwise straightforward game.
The bottom line is, if you enjoy playing video poker, chances are you’ll enjoy playing them at Slots Empire. We had a great time during our review of Slots Empire Casino.

- Secret Jungle
- Kung Fu Rooster
- Stardust
- Aztec’s Treasure
- Golden Lotus
- Asgard
- Mister Money
- Naughty or Nice

- Football Frenzy
- Food Fight!
- Orc vs. Elf
- Nova 7s
- Fire Dragon
- Panda Magic
- Fruit Frenzy

You’ll find a lot of variety here. Empire Slots offers three-, five-, and six-reel machines and slot features like bonus rounds, floating symbols, wilds, and more.
You can play for several progressive jackpots, too. Their jackpots range from a few hundred bucks to $294,000 (Spirt of the Inca), $964,332 (Megasaur), and $3.5 million (Aztec’s Treasure).
The stakes you can play for are the same as in a land-based casino. You can play for $0.01 per line. Your total wager will depend on the number lines of you can play.
We tested several slot machines during our Slots Empire review. We enjoyed the different themes you can play (we recommend trying Asgard). The animations and bonus rounds added a lot of excitement to the games we played.
Slot fans won’t be disappointed playing at Slots Empire.
Live Dealer Games
Slots Empire offers a small selection of live dealer games. They are provided by Visionary iGaming (ViG), who you’ll often see on other live online casinos. Here are the games you can play.
- Blackjack
- European Roulette
- American Roulette
- Baccarat
- Super 6
Their blackjack games offer unlimited betting behind, which is useful when their tables are full (which they were during our review of Slots Empire). Their baccarat game offered the Super 6 side bet, too.
One thing that stood out to us was their table limits, especially their blackjack tables. You couldn’t play blackjack for less than $10 per hand, which isn’t normal. Usually, you can find $5 tables.
On the high side, you can play for as much as $2,500 (blackjack) and $1,000 (roulette and baccarat). So, Slots Empire’s live casino is a good choice if their regular games don’t play high enough for you.
The most disappointing thing we experienced was that their stream lagged for us several times. It became more frequent the more tables and streams we opened.
That’s the extent of our complaints, though. Slots Empire Casino’s live casino is solid otherwise.
Banking Options at Slots Empire
Here’s what you need to know about banking at Slots Empire casino
Slots Empire accepts debit and credit cards. This is a good route to take if you don’t anticipate any problems from your bank.
If you do, or if you want a headache-free banking option with higher limits and faster processing times, then we recommend you use Bitcoin instead.
Regardless of the option you use, you won’t pay any fees for your deposits or withdrawals. This is awesome; it’s not something every US-friendly online casino does.
The tradeoff, though, is that the minimum withdrawal limits are high. You need at least $150 to cash out using any banking method.
This tradeoff won’t work for everyone. Only you can decide if it works for you.

Slots Empire’s Bonus Promotions
Here are the details behind Slots Empire Casino’s evergreen promotions.
220% Welcome Bonus
Make a deposit and Slots Empire will give you a 220% match bonus. They don’t state a limit on how much you can earn in their terms, but here’s what they do tell you.
- The max bet is $10
- The playthrough is 35x on your deposit and bonus
- This bonus is for slots, keno, scratch cards, and board games only
- You can claim this bonus up to five times
Use Neosurf or Bitcoin to get an extra 20%.
24/7 Bonus
What’s unique about this bonus is that you can claim it as many times as you want. And the more you deposit, the larger the match percentage.
Here’s what that looks like.
- Deposit $30, get a 100% match
- Deposit $75, get a 120% match
- Deposit $150, get a 150% match
This has a $10 max bet and 35x playthrough. It’s only valid for slots, keno, scratch cards, and board games. There’s also no maximum cashout, so win as much as you possibly can because you can cash it all out.
Game of the Month
Every month, Slots Empire offers a promotion you can use for a specific game.
For example, during our review you could get a 120% bonus and 20 free spins for their 5 Wishes slot machine if you deposit $50 or more. Or you could get a 140% match bonus and 40 free spins if you deposit $100 or more.
You can claim this offer two times per day and there’s no maximum payout.
Comp Points
Slots Empire gives you points for every wager you make. The amount of points you get depends on the game you play. You can convert every 100 points you accrue into $1 in cashback.
Mobile Friendliness
Slots Empire has a mobile casino. You don’t have to download anything. All you need to do is point your mobile web browser to their casino and log in. You’ll play all their games in your browser.
The great thing about this is that their casino is compatible with more devices, including those running Apple, Android, and Windows operating systems.
We tested the mobile casino during our review of Slots Empire. It’s well-designed. The navigation is easy to understand. The only confusing thing was that their video poker games are listed under the “More Games” tab instead of their own tab.
As for the game selection, we have a few complaints.
- Their mobile game selection is smaller compared to their desktop casino. This goes for every type of game they offer, though table games are affected the most.
- They don’t have a mobile live dealer casino.
- You can’t play their mobile games for free (on demo mode).
This is somewhat minor stuff that we can overlook for now. Though, we do hope they improve these things in the future. It’ll make a huge difference for mobile casino players.
Other than that, their mobile casino is well done. It’s designed well and has enough games to keep you busy for hours on end.
Customer Support
You can contact Slots Empire using one of the following options.
- Email – assistance@slotsempire.com
- Phone – +18502734930

It’s great to see that they offer phone support. Not every US gambling site does. But sometimes, you just want to talk to a real person when you have a problem or question.
Slots Empire FAQs
Concluding Our Slots Empire Casino Review
There you have it. That’s Slots Empire Casino.
As you saw for yourself, they have plenty more to offer than just slot machines. They offer a diverse selection of table games, video poker machines, specialty games, and live dealer games, too.
They also have reasonable banking options and limits with zero fees. And it’s hard to beat promotions that you can claim multiple times, if not indefinitely.
Ultimately, Slots Empire isn’t perfect, but no online casino is. There’s little doubt that they’re a solid choice for US online gamblers.
Based on our review of Slots Empire Casino, we’re confident in recommending that you open an account and try it for yourself.

This website is trash. I use bovada and never have any trouble. I tride chatting with 3 reps over 2 days as the phone number listed does not work. Seems like a scam. I have funds to withdraw but they request all info, address, banking, credit card(s), a copy photo copy of your id and credit cards. I informed them i just want to use bitcoin but they insist that i give them all of my personal information. I tried calling the phone number listed half a dozen times over the 2 days and yhe number hasn’t worked once. It rings and after a few rings a message states that the number is busy. I tried chatting and they cut the chats off if they don’t gave an answer. SCAM GARBAGE
Slots Empire will take your money but will never authorize for you to cash out. Stay far away from it. They took $2000 from me. Don’t waste time or money.
I have sent emails to validation, customer service and billing department regarding withdrawals Hoping that they return my money. What steps can I take if they do not?
It should be noted that there is a pretty hefty 16% fee for all deposits – also they can double charge your deposit… and then rectify the situation by giving you “casino credit” instead of an actual refund. They overcharged me by almost $500, and then ONLY OFFERED gameplay credit – cannot be withdrawn obviously and(can’t be used on live games ONLY in the slot section. But any winnings I get I could withdrawl… well let me save you the suspense…
I went through ALL of the credit and (I’m serious, no exaggeration)… not ONE win… on the slots, poker, roulette, ANYTHING… not even a cherry to get my bet back… literally was gone quick without ANYTHING coming back. So… if it looks like a scam and quacks like a scam…
I know there are people who have positive reviews on here, but for every one of those, I bet there are a hundred like me who got double charged on a “whoopsie” and then given fake money and thrown into a rigged game.
Just my two cents…. or four cents +16% if Slots Empire is handling it.
Nick
I am waiting to hear from them, but I notified them that while I was playing ACHILLES, I thought that I saw the game not post the ten dollar win I had just won, so I continued, deciding it must have been me, but would pau closer attention. It happened again. OKAY…one more time. So the next time when Ia ten dollar win hit, I noted my cash balance of 67.00 or 68.00, when I hit spin, for a $1.00 bet, the balance was still them same…and not 77.00 or 78.00. I stopped immediately to notify them in the chat window and am waiting to hear on the issue. I hate to think it is something that was being done to take advantage, because Lord knows how much that would have added up to just today for me, since obviously I’m a bit put of it. Will post follow up if or when I hear back from them.
