This is a newer online casino with a spartan theme. The theme caught our attention, but it was their games that pulled us in when compiling this review of Slots Empire Casino. We “tested” their games for far longer than we care to admit.
What can we say? Their games are a lot of fun. We’ll tell you about them in a minute.

Their promotions are too. If anything, it’s because they allow you to claim them multiple times before they expire. You can claim some of their offers indefinitely.

This website is trash. I use bovada and never have any trouble. I tride chatting with 3 reps over 2 days as the phone number listed does not work. Seems like a scam. I have funds to withdraw but they request all info, address, banking, credit card(s), a copy photo copy of your id and credit cards. I informed them i just want to use bitcoin but they insist that i give them all of my personal information. I tried calling the phone number listed half a dozen times over the 2 days and yhe number hasn’t worked once. It rings and after a few rings a message states that the number is busy. I tried chatting and they cut the chats off if they don’t gave an answer. SCAM GARBAGE
Slots Empire will take your money but will never authorize for you to cash out. Stay far away from it. They took $2000 from me. Don’t waste time or money.
I have sent emails to validation, customer service and billing department regarding withdrawals Hoping that they return my money. What steps can I take if they do not?
It should be noted that there is a pretty hefty 16% fee for all deposits – also they can double charge your deposit… and then rectify the situation by giving you “casino credit” instead of an actual refund. They overcharged me by almost $500, and then ONLY OFFERED gameplay credit – cannot be withdrawn obviously and(can’t be used on live games ONLY in the slot section. But any winnings I get I could withdrawl… well let me save you the suspense…
I went through ALL of the credit and (I’m serious, no exaggeration)… not ONE win… on the slots, poker, roulette, ANYTHING… not even a cherry to get my bet back… literally was gone quick without ANYTHING coming back. So… if it looks like a scam and quacks like a scam…
I know there are people who have positive reviews on here, but for every one of those, I bet there are a hundred like me who got double charged on a “whoopsie” and then given fake money and thrown into a rigged game.
Just my two cents…. or four cents +16% if Slots Empire is handling it.

I am waiting to hear from them, but I notified them that while I was playing ACHILLES, I thought that I saw the game not post the ten dollar win I had just won, so I continued, deciding it must have been me, but would pau closer attention. It happened again. OKAY…one more time. So the next time when Ia ten dollar win hit, I noted my cash balance of 67.00 or 68.00, when I hit spin, for a $1.00 bet, the balance was still them same…and not 77.00 or 78.00. I stopped immediately to notify them in the chat window and am waiting to hear on the issue. I hate to think it is something that was being done to take advantage, because Lord knows how much that would have added up to just today for me, since obviously I’m a bit put of it. Will post follow up if or when I hear back from them.
